The new week is upon us, bringing more poker excitement with tournaments to kick off in Brussels, Manchester, Las Vegas, and other glitzy poker destinations. More information about the poker festivals to begin in the week between February 22-28, the events their schedules will feature, and the prize pools that are to distributed to entries could be found below.
2016 WPT National Brussels
The WPT National Brussels is set to run from February 23-29, with the bwin.be WPT National Brussels €1,200 Main Event being its highlight tournament. It is scheduled to begin on February 25 and will feature two starting flights and two more days of play.
Apart from the Main Event, the schedule of the WPT National Brussels also includes a €2,200 High Roller and several other events. The poker festival will be held at Grand Casino Brussels Viage.
CPPT IV Wynn Las Vegas
The emblematic Wynn Las Vegas will play host to the next edition of the Card Player Poker Tour. The tournament is set to kick off on February 24 and to run through March 15. Its schedule will feature 18 different events with exciting guaranteed prize pools.
The five-day $1,600 Main Event with a guaranteed prize pool of $500,000 is slated to start on March 11. Apart from it, there will be two other multiple starting flight events – a four-day $400 No-Limit Hold’em with a guaranteed prize pool of $200,000 and a four-day $300 No-Limit Hold’em with a guaranteed prize pool of $100,000.
2015/16 WSOP Circuit Bally’s
Bally’s Las Vegas Hotel & Casino will welcome players for the next stop on the 2015/16 WSOP Circuit schedule from February 25 to March 7. The tournament will feature 12 ring events, as usual, and 3 additional events, with those being a two-day $250 H.O.R.S.E. one, a two-day $580 Big O one, and a single-day $500 No-Limit Hold’em Charity one.
The $1,675 Main Event is to take place from March 4-7 and will feature a guaranteed prize pool of $1 million. The opening five-day $365 No-Limit Hold’em with a guaranteed prize pool of $250,000 is yet another multiple starting flights event on the schedule.
2015/16 HPO Toledo
Hollywood Poker Open is next set to go to Toledo, Ohio where Hollywood Casino Toledo will play host to an eleven-day poker festival with 19 different events on its schedule. The tournament will begin on February 25 and will continue up to March 6.
Most of the events on the schedule are single-day ones. The three-day $1,115 No-Limit Hold’em with a guaranteed prize pool of $150,000 is slated for March 4.
2016 GUKPT Manchester
The second leg on the 2016 schedule of the Grosvenor UK Poker Tour will take place at Grosvenor Casino Manchester from February 28 to March 6. Apart from the £1,100 Main Event with a guaranteed prize pool of £200,000, which is to kick off on March 3, there will be twelve more events to take place at the venue as part of the tournament.
