Poker Tournaments to Start between July 18-24

Events & Reports

Although the 2016 WSOP is drawing to a close, there will be no shortage of noteworthy poker festivals to kick off in the week between July 18-24, with those taking place in some of the world’s most popular and highly preferred poker destinations. Manila, Rozvadov, Lille, and California are only several of the locations where players looking for poker thrill and excitement will be able enter different poker variants and win their share of substantial prize pools.

2016 APT Experience Manila

Waterfront Manila Pavilion Hotel & Casino in the Philippine capital will welcome players from the Asia-Pacific region and the rest of the world for the APT Experience Manila, a poker festival that will most certainly create quite a lot of excitement. It will take place from July 19-27 and will be kicked off with a PHP6,600 No-Limit Hold’em tournament with a guaranteed prize pool of PHP1 million.

There will be 20 events to take place within the festival’s schedule, with those being No-Limit Hold’em, Pot-Limit Omaha, OFC Pineapple, and several Mixed Games. The five-day Main Event is scheduled for July 22-26. Entries will have to pay a buy-in fee of PHP55,000 to secure a seat in the tournament.

The €1,100 Main Event will take place from July 21-24. The €330 Lille Cup and the €2,200 High Roller will also be running at Hotel Casino Barrière de Lille as part of the whole festival.
