Testing Lab Deems NSoft Virtual Games Compliant with Romanian Gambling Regulations

News

Bosnia and Herzegovina-based provider of products and services for the international gambling industry NSoft announced that a testing lab has concluded that its virtual offering is fully compliant with the recently introduced Romanian gambling regulations. The gambling supplier has been looking to expand into the Eastern European country after it had re-regulated and opened its gambling market for international companies.

Oficiul National pentru Jocuri de Noroc, known to be Romania’s gambling regulator, has recently issued a number of licenses for a number of providers of gambling options, with SBTech, Scientific Games, Play’n GO, and NetEnt being only few of these. Suppliers need to make sure that their products would not breach the country’s gambling laws in any way if becoming available to local gambling customers.

With the Romanian market holding a big potential for securing growth for operators and software providers, NSoft has openly expressed interest in entering it. The company turned to BMM Spain Testlabs s.l.u., known to be among the first private independent gaming testing labs, to review its virtual offering and to determine whether it was fully compliant with the newly introduced gambling regulations in Romania.

As mentioned above, the laboratory tested NSoft’s virtual betting games, with those being Lucky X, Lucky Six, as well as Virtual Horse and Greyhound Races, and confirmed that they are perfectly suitable for Romania’s online gambling market.

According to the written statement by BMM Spain Testlabs s.l.u., NSoft’s virtual content and its SEVEN Platform can be deployed by both land-based and online gambling companies operating in the Eastern European country’s market.

The latest announcement comes shortly after NSoft revealed that it has penned a content distribution partnership with fellow gaming supplier iSoftBet. It is interesting to note that the latter’s gaming content has already gone live in Romania.

Under the terms of the two companies’ agreement, they will integrate their gaming products into each other’s gaming platforms. Thus, NSoft will be able to expand its reach into Western European gambling markets and iSoftBet will, in turn, extend its presence in Eastern Europe and Africa.
