Leading online gambling software provider Microgaming announced that gaming content by London-based start-up game developer Gamevy has been added to its Quickfire platform, following what has been described as seamless integration process.
Gamevy is a relatively new gaming studio specializing in the creation of skill-based and instant win online games. A great amount of the company’s gaming content is inspired by popular TV shows. Gamevy’s skill-based gameshows, with Gears of Fortune and The Heist being among the most popular ones, provide players with the chance to unlock various jackpots by answering questions in a quiz-like manner.
Instant win games by the London-based developer have also proved to be quite popular among players, mainly due to their diverse cash-out features. Gamevy has recently added “intuitive games for non-slots players” to its offering. These games engage players by offering them the chance to select lucky numbers to win on.
Gamevy won Pitch ICE 2015, a contest-like initiative taking place within the ICE Totally Gaming that gives start-up gambling companies the opportunity to present their ideas and be advised by industry experts on how to establish themselves in the highly competitive industry gambling has turned into over the past several years.
Gamevy games are now live across a number of European jurisdictions. The gaming studio has been licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and the Government of Gibraltar.
After successful integration, a selection of games by the London-based developer have gone live on the Microgaming-powered Quickfire platform. More titles are to be added in future. Gamevy has thus been provided with direct access to Microgaming’s large network of gambling operators, with some of the industry’s biggest names being among these.
Commenting on the latest announcement, Tom Chamberlain, Head of Quickfire at Microgaming, said that Gamevy offers fresh and exciting content that fits his company’s ambition to provide clients with unique and differentiated gaming catalog. The official added that they are excited to be adding the London-based developer’s products to their already comprehensive library of both Microgaming and development partner gaming content.
Quickfire currently offers games by 25 development partners to international gambling operators.
Helen Walton, Chief Marketing Officer at Gamevy, said that Microgaming and its Quickfire team have already proved to be a true partner that understands their ideas and believes in the opportunities their joint work can bring.
