iGB Affiliate, the organizer of the London, Amsterdam, and Berlin Affiliate Conferences, has added another event to its 2017 calendar. The Nordic Affiliate Conference is set to take place on April 7, 2017 in Stockholm and, as its name suggests, will be dedicated to the rapidly growing Nordic gambling market.
The event will be intended for affiliates, gambling operators, advertisers, and media agencies, with all those being focused on Scandinavian markets.
Commenting on the announcement, iGB Affiliate Head of Operations Shona ODonnell said that not only does NAC reflect the huge growth the Nordic gambling market has experienced over the past several year, but also comes as a response to local affiliates’ requests for such a dedicated event to be held.
Ms. ODonnell further noted that with the conference set to take place next spring, they intend to gather the Nordic online gaming community together and to provide all involved parties with a much-needed platform to discuss local issues, ways to drive the local market forward, and find new business partners.
Unlike its London, Amsterdam, and Berlin counterparts that encompass worldwide iGaming topics, NAC will be solely focused on the Nordic market and will thus feature Nordic-oriented workshops and will invite Nordic-facing companies to showcase their products.
The Nordics are home to some of the major online gambling operators and industry suppliers. What is more, important regulatory changes have been taking place in the region, ones intended to further boost its iGaming industry. To a great extent, this explains the high demand for more dedicated iGaming shows. And the affiliates’ growing contribution to the industry’s further development explains the need for dedicated affiliate shows.
The iGB Affiliate events have enjoyed global and constantly increasing popularity over the years. To illustrate this statement with an actual example, the iGaming affiliate magazine publisher and conference organizer has recently announced that as of 2017 the London Affiliate Conference will be moved to a new, bigger venue to host the record number of delegates expected to attend it.
The LAC 2017 is scheduled to take place on February 9-12 at ExCeL London, the convention center that has also been hosting the ICE Totally Gaming show for several years now. iGB Affiliate’s conference and exhibition event is expected to gather more than 5,000 attendees under the convention center’s roof.
