IGT, an internationally recognized developer and distributor of gaming machines and other products for the gambling industry, announced that it has installed 148 slot machines at the recently launched Black Spade Casino at Aloft Hotel Panama in the Panama capital.
Now, IGT’s devices occupy 40% of the overall gaming machine floor at the gambling facility. The installation included 30 IGT Premium titles, in addition to the CrystalDual, S3000, and prodiGI cabinets. This has been IGT’s largest single-site roll-out of Premium content in Central America.
Commenting on the recent launch, IGT Sales Manager for Central America Brigitte Campbell said that the Panama City-based casino will be able to introduce some of their most popular titles to local players. The official further noted that they hope their agreement with Black Spade Casino is just the beginning of a long-term partnership for providing quality solutions for player acquisition and retention.
Mario Palafox, General Manager of Black Spade Casino, added that they knew they would install IGT games from the very moment when construction work on the casino commenced. The official further commented that it is their intention to turn the newly launched gambling venue into a preferred gaming destination in Panama; and that adding games that players from the region have not had the chance to play before would help them achieve their goal.
As announced by the casino, IGT games like Wheel of Fortune Wild Wedge, Gong Xi Fa Cai, and Dragon’s Temple, among many other, are now available to patrons.
Over the past several days, IGT has also signed three major US contracts, two of which with state lottery operators and one with a Las Vegas-based casino. Under an agreement with the Massachusetts State Lottery Commission, the provider will be supplying a new central gaming system, software apps for lottery terminals, and a website that will contain general lottery information.
The company has also extended its existing partnership with the Kansas Lottery through June 2022. IGT will continue providing the lottery organization with instant ticket printing services within the above-noted period, with the option for four single-year extensions.
Last but not least, the developer and supplier has agreed to provide its Advantage casino management system to Las Vegas-based casino Palms Resort Casino.
