Play’n GO to Supply Content to Latvian Casino Operator Optibet

Swedish video slots supplier Play’n GO announced it has signed a deal with the Latvian sports betting and casino games provider Optibet. The agreement between the two parties will see Play’n GO’s full suite of mobile and desktop games rolled out across Optibet’s retail and online offering.

Optibet, which is a leader on the online gambling market in Latvia, will now be able to grant players access to quality Play’n GO games for the first time, including titles like Cloud Quest, Fire Joker, 7 Sins and the Mexican-fiesta themed Grim Muerto, which was nominated for eGR Game of the Year.

Play’n GO’s continued expansion on European markets in the past twelve months was marked by similar agreements with Nordic gaming entertainment company Paf as well as with GVC and the Betclic Everest Group.

The Chief Executive of Play’n GO, Johan Tornqvist, acknowledged the fact Optibet are leaders on the online gambling market in Latvia and said Play’n GO were honored to offer their complete suite of premium titles to the casino operator’s player-base. Tornqvist went on to express his confidence that Latvian players would enjoy Play’n GO’s suite of games. The Chief Executive concluded by saying the company is looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship with Optibet.

Chris Davis, who occupies the position of Head of Casino Operations at Optibet said the gambling operator was thrilled at the perspective to add Play’n GO content to its collection of games. Davis added it was always exciting to bring new games to the Latvian market and expressed his confidence that Play’n GO would establish itself as Optibet’s strongest casino games supplier.

Online gambling has been regulated on the territory of Latvia since 2005 and Optibet was among the first casino operators to obtain a license from the country’s regulatory authorities. The operator quickly secured its position as a market leader and today boasts over half of the regulated casino traffic in Latvia.

With over 160 titles on its portfolio, Optibet is also the only Latvian gambling operator to offer live dealer casino games. Optibet has successfully retained its leading position through multiple high-profile sponsorships and various marketing campaigns.
