Double Joker is another slightly altered incarnation of poker, provided by Microgaming. The game is among the more simple flavoured poker variants out there, while it still provides every bit of amusement of the original game.
In this version, there are two Jokers, which are Wilds and substitute for any card to complete winning hands. This means that five-of-a-kind combinations are on the table, and they pay more than any natural combination, except for the royal straight flush, which pays 4 000 coins at max bet. There is also the Double feature, which lets you risk winnings for a chance to double them by guessing a card to beat the dealer’s.
Bets range from €0.25 to €25, while the lowest payout is x1 for two pairs at minimum bet. All pays are slightly skewed to the downside, compared with vanilla poker, though still quite generous and very competitive. Easy to understand, difficult to master, as with any poker game, Double Joker is still very entertaining and exciting.
