Online casino games maker and supplier Play’n GO has recently added Switzerland to the list of territories its content is available in as part of its continued global expansion strategy.
In a statement that hit the wire this past Wednesday, the company said that it has obtained the necessary certification to provide its library of online slots across the regulated Swiss market.
Play’n GO has also revealed that its expansion across Switzerland has already commenced as the supplier has begun engaging with interested online gambling operators and providing many of them with access to its content.
The company will make a selection of its best performing online slots titles available across Switzerland and to slots fans in this major regulated market. Play’n GO said Wednesday that its Swiss expansion is part of its commitment to being “the supplier of choice in regulated markets” and its policy to make “as much of [its] material compliant as possible wherever [it] is present.”
Founded in 2005, Play’n GO specializes in the creation and delivery of slots games for the online casino industry. Back when it had just started off, it was among the first industry suppliers to recognize the potential of mobile gaming and realize it.
Aside from its slots library, Play’n GO also provides its operator partners with back-end services and solutions to ensure that its clients are equipped with everything needed to deliver “the ultimate gaming experience.” The provider additionally offers a casino platform and the server-based gaming solution, OMNY.
Play’n GO Sets Sights on More Markets
Switzerland is the latest market Play’n GO has entered as part of its expansion strategy. The company has over the years debuted its content in a number of jurisdictions and has built solid presence in those.
Some of the markets Play’n GO has introduced its slots in recent years include Croatia, Latvia, and Lithuania. It also entered the lucrative Swedish and Portuguese markets not long ago.
Commenting on his company’s growth plans, Play’n GO Chief Executive Johan Törnqvist said Wednesday that they aim to “bring our unique brand of entertainment to as many players as possible” and that it has already been part of their growth strategy to expand in as many regulated markets as possible and to never stop adding exciting content to their offering.
Play’n GO has sets its sights on territories beyond Europe and is planning to enter and expand in those this year as well as in 2021 and beyond. Mr. Törnqvist said that “there are still many markets being shaped by regulations; regions like Latin America, the US and even still some parts of Europe are maturing and presenting increased opportunities.” He went on to note that his company would always look to capitalize on such opportunities.
