NYX OGS Casino to Be Offered via NYX Poker

News

Las Vegas-headquartered developer of gaming content NYX Gaming Group Ltd. revealed that its NYX OGS™ casino will be added to NYX Poker. The announcement comes soon after the company finalized the deal for the acquisition of the so-called Ongame Poker Network.

With the integration of the casino product, customers of NYX Poker will be given the opportunity to choose among a variety of casino games and play those from their poker accounts. As for gambling operators, they will be able to offer players the option to play one or more games at the same time without having to leave the poker client.

David Flynn, Executive Vice President of NYX Gaming Group, said that through the addition of casino games to NYX Poker, the company will add value to the acquisition of Ongame. Mr. Flynn pointed out that this will most definitely be profitable for both NYX and its business partners.

He further commented that the integration was carried out with minimum work needed from the company’s partners. The new product will initially be available on a .COM domain and will be gradually introduced to various international markets.

Chris Hirst, Head of Betsson Group’s poker operations, noted that he is really excited about the opportunity the Betsson and Betsafe brands were given. He also said he believes customers will be particularly pleased with the addition.

Mr. Hirst pointed out that NYX managed to complete the integration without asking for any help from Betsson.

Betsson Malta Ltd. launched NYX OGS™ within its online casino product available for both personal computers and mobile devices in June 2013.

As previously reported, NYX purchased Amaya Gaming’s B2B poker network Ongame Network in November 2014 to complement its catalog of casino, lottery, and bingo products offered in Europe and the United States.

Recently, the gaming developer announced its partnership with gaming operator iGame Group. Under their agreement, the latter company is to extend its portfolio via NYX’s Open Games Server. Thus, iGame is given the opportunity to add more than 60 popular casino titles, such as Anubis, Superman, Holly Madison, etc., all powered by NYX and its subsidiaries.

It could be said that so far, 2015 has been quite eventful for the company, as it also introduced an online poker rewards program for its Italian customers. Furthermore, it completed a deal with White Hat Gaming, a UK-licensed gaming operator.
