Live-dealer roulette streams a real table while players place bets through an online interface. The physical wheel, betting software and any digital bonus features should be understood separately.
How a round works
Players choose stakes during the betting window. Once betting closes, further changes are not accepted for that round. The wheel result is recorded and qualifying bets are settled according to the displayed rules. Timing, result-reading technology and presentation vary between products.
Some games add multipliers or other software features to the physical result. Read how those features are generated and funded: a live wheel does not mean the entire product follows a standard roulette paytable.
Rules and return
A conventional single-zero game with standard payouts has an approximately 2.70% house edge. Double-zero roulette has an approximately 5.26% edge on most ordinary bets. A live stream does not improve those figures. Zero concessions, changed payouts and side bets need their own analysis.
Studio integrity
Video lets players watch a round, but is not by itself proof of fairness or licensing. The Gambling Commission’s live-dealer standards provide a primary reference for regulated studio controls. Check the operator’s actual licence and complaint process separately.
If a round is interrupted or a result appears incorrect, retain its identifier and contact support. The rules determine settlement and any investigation; a dropped connection does not necessarily cancel a wager already accepted.
Device and connection
Use the current product’s supported browser or app requirements. Older claims that live roulette universally needs Flash are obsolete. A stable connection helps display the round, but cannot guarantee that a last-second bet reaches the server in time.
Limits and bonus conditions
Check the full stake across all selected bets and any side wager. Roulette may be excluded from an offer or contribute differently to wagering requirements. Dealer language, opening hours and table limits vary, so verify them in the current lobby.
Live play remains gambling with a risk of loss. Previous results, dealer familiarity and a realistic presentation do not create a reliable prediction method.
