The upcoming week will be quite rich in events. The 2015 edition of the WPT Legends of Poker is kicking off tomorrow, WPT National will stop in London, and City of Dreams Manila will play host to the APPT. More information about the aforementioned events as well as several other that are set to begin in the week between July 27 and August 2 could be found below.
2015 WPT Legends of Poker
This year’s edition of the WPT Legends of Poker is set to take place between July 28 and September 4. The festival will be held at the Bicycle Casino in Bell Gardens, California and will feature 28 different events. Although the No-Limit Hold’em and Omaha will be the prevailing ones, players will also be given the opportunity to enter several mixed-type formats. The buy-in fees for the tournaments vary from $75 to $3,700 for the seven-day Main Event. It is to start on August 29.
The twelve-day $160 No-Limit Hold’em event with a guaranteed prize pool of $1 million will also be among the most exciting ones to be featured at the 2015 WPT Legends of Poker.
2015 Big Stax XII
Parx Casino in Bensalem, Pennsylvania is to host a three-week-long poker tournament from July 28 through August 17. Players will get the chance to sit at the tables of 13 No-Limit Hold’em and No-Limit Hold’em/Pot-Limit Omaha events. Buy-in fees start from $120. The four-day Main Event is scheduled to kick off on August 14. Players will have to pay the amount of $1,200 in order be able to enter it.
2015 APPT Manila
City of Dreams Manila, which opened doors late last year, will play host to the APPT’s next tournament. It is scheduled to begin on July 30 and will continue up to August 9. There will be 14 No-Limit Hold’em and Pot-Limit Omaha events. The buy-in fees for those vary from PHP2,000 and PHP200,000.
The PHP50,000 APPT Manila Main Event will take place on August 6-9.
2015 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open
The three-week-long tournament will be held at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood in Hollywood, Florida. It is to start on July 30 and will be completed on August 19. Players will be able to enter 32 No-Limit Hold’em, Pot-Limit Omaha, and H.O.R.S.E. events. A $1,650 Dealer’s Choice tournament is also in the schedule.
The buy-in fees start from $150 to $25,400 for a two-day No-Limit Hold’em event with a guaranteed prize pool of $1 million. The four-day $5,250 No-Limit Hold’em event with a guaranteed prize pool of $5 million is yet another one worth entering.
2015 partypoker WPT National London: WPT Aspers Accumulator
The WPT National will next stop to Aspers Casino Westfield Stratford City in London for a four-day £200 No-Limit Hold’em event or the so-called partypoker WPT Aspers Accumulator, to be more precise. It is to kick off on July 30 and will continue up to August 2. Players will be given the chance to win their portion of the £100,000 guaranteed prize pool.
