NetEnt Casino Content Approved to Go Live in New Jersey

News

Swedish supplier of gaming solutions NetEnt announced that it has been given the green light by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement to introduce its online casino product offering within the state borders via the bwin.party and Borgata brands.

Earlier this year, the Swedish company applied for a Casino Service Industry Enterprise License. Being granted the transactional waiver approval from the state gambling regulator, NetEnt Americas LLC will be able to launch its products while its application for a license it still reviewed by officials.

The gaming supplier will first have to go through an installation process and trial of its products and services in order to be able to go live in New Jersey. Official date for the launch of NetEnt’s online casino content within the state borders will be announced in the months to come.

The company also pointed out that the transitional waiver was given separately for each of its two agreements with the above-mentioned brands. Here it is important to note that NetEnt has formerly announced similar customer agreements with gambling operators Caesars Interactive Entertainment and Golden Nugget. The gaming supplier is waiting for a transactional waiver in order to be able to go live with these two companies as well.

Commenting on the latest announcement, NetEnt Americas LLC Managing Director Björn Krantz said that the transactional waiver approval was yet another milestone in the company’s efforts to introduce its services and products to the North American market and to build “a long-term presence” there.

Mr. Krantz also added that they will continue working closely with their partners in New Jersey as well as the state Division of Gaming Enforcement in order to make sure that all the necessary measures are taken for NetEnt to be able to successfully launch its product offering as soon as possible.

Apart from its agreements with North American gambling operators, the gaming supplier also recently announced a partnership with UK-based gambling company Gala Coral. Under the terms of the deal, NetEnt is to supply Gala Coral’s most popular brands – Coral, Galacasino, and Galabingo with its casino content. The products will be available to gambling customers located both in the UK and Italy, known to be two of the largest European regulated markets.
