Las Vegas-based designer and manufacturer of casino management systems and slot machines Konami Gaming, Inc. today announced that it had been chosen to provide Desert Diamond West Valley Resort and Casino in Arizona with its SYNKROS management system.
The property is to open doors in Glendale later this year. It will be the fourth Arizona-based casino to be owned and operated by Tohono O’odham Gaming Enterprise, with the other three being located in Why, Tucson, and Sahuarita.
Construction on the West Valley venue is advancing and it is likely to be completed by the end of the year. The property occupies a 54-acre site not far from Glendale and once fully operational, it will feature more than 1,050 gaming machines.
Don Ayers, Slots Director at Desert Diamond Casino & Entertainment, said that the SYNKROS casino management system will provide them with the “flexibility and control” needed to secure the long-term success of the West Valley gambling venue. In addition, the Konami Gaming system would give them access to several other important technology features, with Advanced Incentives Bonusing and SYNKiosk being among those.
The fourth Arizona casino operated under the Desert Diamond brand is planning to install the SYNKiosk self-service enrollment devices and thus give gambling customers the opportunity to create or reprint their loyalty cards in less than a minute. Through the SYNKROS system, the West Valley property will also be able to introduce community bonuses on the casino floor with game themes such as Mustang Mayhem and Tomb Treader.
Mr. Ayers promised that West Valley’s gambling customers will be presented with unique promotions and bonuses. In addition, owners of the casino promised that once launched, it will bring numerous economic and other important benefits to the local community.
Commenting on the agreement with Desert Diamond, System Sales Director at Konami Gaming Scott Richards said that the gambling operator has always had an excellent reputation for offering “world-class gaming entertainment” and his company is extremely happy with the opportunity to work with it.
The executive further noted that they are committed to helping Desert Diamond empower its newest property with the latest technology systems. Furthermore, customers will be delivered the latest promotions and conveniences in order to be provided with the best possible experience while at the casino.
