
Mecca noted that the integration of Playtech ONE into its entire product offering, the newly introduced Mecca Mix devices included, had been completed successfully. The bingo operator pointed out that it is probably the first to launch a combination of content solution and bingo software.
Under the agreement between Mecca and Playtech, the letter will see its most popular slots titles go live across the bingo company’s omni-channel devices. The games will take a central role in the upcoming online and in-store campaign Mecca is currently preparing and is expected to launch within the course of the next several weeks.
The announcement about the launch of Playtech ONE comes after earlier this year, Mecca’s all 2,300 UK-based terminals went live with the supplier’s retail server-based software. Thus, the bingo operator is now able to take advantage of back office management tools, including content, multimedia, and player management, rewards, tournaments, etc. as well as various additional monitoring solutions.
In addition, Mecca explained that it will be able to maximize profits through Playtech’s analytics features, such as business intelligence, player tracking tools for modifying and managing customers’ activity, and many more.
Commenting on the Mecca Bingo integration, Shimon Akad, COO of Playtech, said that both its omni-channel platform and retail team “are going from strength-to-strength” as is company’s relationship with the bingo operator.
Mecca Head of Slots Mohammed Zabed said that they are extremely happy with the launch of Playtech ONE following the software agreement between the operator and the gaming supplier announced earlier this year. Mr. Zabed further noted that no other bingo company could boast of such partnership and that the recent launch is in line with their strategy to improve their omni-channel and to always meet their customers’ needs.
Playtech’s retail solutions now power a total of 40,000 terminals around the world, providing gambling operators with a complete management system and full control over their operations.
