Casino News Daily stopped by the 10Bet booth at the LAC for a quick chat with Saul about his experience in the industry, his opinion about how customers should be treated in order for operators to make them come back, and other related topics.
Could you, please, first introduce yourself?
Hello! My name is Saul Yarm. I work as an Affiliate Manager for 10Bet and RealDealBet.
And how long have you been in the industry?
I’ve been in the industry quite a long time, but I’ve joined the company about three and a half months ago.
Could you tell as a little more about your brands?
10Bet has a sporstbook, of course, and a casino. We’ve just received our UK casino license very recently. Similarly, with RealDealBet, working with Evander (Holyfield), we also have a UK license. We operate in a number of other countries, as well.
In what way your brand differs from the other similar brands out there?
We offer multiple languages, we are very, very solid in our customer service, and we really cater to our customers and our business deals.
What do you do to retain customers, to make them come back to your websites?
We treat them respectfully, listen to what their demands are, and really try to cater for them all-round.
Is it your first time at the LAC? In what way events like this help your business?
This is my first time at this conference but I have spent time at several other conferences before. Events like this one are absolutely perfect for networking. Obviously, it’s better to spend a bit more time with individuals. It’s very good in terms of closing deals, making things happen, and move forward.
And one last question. Where do you see the industry in five years from now?
The same, but ten times as big.
