In short: Luxury Casino is a Casino Rewards group online casino operated by Apollo Entertainment Ltd of Malta, with a catalogue historically built on Microgaming titles. Its main site displays a Kahnawake Gaming Commission certificate, while a separate Ontario site is regulated by the AGCO and iGaming Ontario. The AGCO fined Apollo C$100,000 in 2023 for responsible gambling breaches.
The original review dated Luxury Casino’s launch to 2001. Its earlier praise for customer service and payouts should not be treated as a current performance guarantee; see the updated support and banking sections below.
The original review associated Luxury Casino with the Microgaming catalogue. A supplier association does not establish exclusive bonus features, the casino’s entire current platform or the quality of every game.
The earlier Luxury review described downloadable and browser-based access. Those versions have not been retested for current compatibility.
The earlier review’s praise for VIP treatment and bonuses was an editorial impression, not a promise of individual benefits.
The site is translated into
The current operator disclosure is discussed in the licensing section below.
Software
The earlier Luxury review described a Microgaming-based catalogue. It does not establish that Microgaming remains the sole supplier or that every listed title is currently available.
The original review praised the presentation of Microgaming titles such as Immortal Romance, Mega Moolah and Thunderstruck.
The earlier review counted more than 470 games across slots, table games, video poker, arcade and bingo categories. That historical total has not been recounted for the current service.
Game preferences and betting limits vary. The historical catalogue does not establish that a suitable game is available for every customer.
The historical slot selection covered classic reels and video slots. Neither format guarantees a profit.

Games
The earlier review described Microgaming games with browser-based and downloadable access.
Supplier names in an older review need historical context. Games Global’s May 2022 announcement confirms its acquisition of Microgaming’s distribution business, game intellectual property and progressive-jackpot network. Check the provider credited in the specific game; the transaction does not by itself establish Luxury Casino’s current supplier roster.
The Dark Knight Rises, Thunderstruck II, Gold Factory are considered players’ favourites. The same applies to Mega Moolah and Major Millions, which are progressive jackpot slots.
If you are keen on table games, the original review listed blackjack, baccarat, roulette, craps and poker variations. The original review described stakes for both low and high budgets.
In addition, video poker and arcade games are also available. The latest additions to the Luxury Casino collection are to be found in the New Games category. If a certain game is particularly appealing to you, you can add it to your Favourites and easily find it later.
Slots
Slot themes and presentation do not determine a player’s result. Check the game rules, paytable and available return-to-player information for the exact version; a familiar supplier name does not ensure a payout.
The original review counted approximately 250 slots and described line-count and bonus-feature filters, including a MegaSpin category. This is a historical description, not a fresh count of the current lobby or evidence that MegaSpin is exclusive to Luxury Casino.
The original review’s slot list included Adventure Palace, Big Break, Break da Bank Again, Cash Splash, Tomb Raider, Serenity, Summertime, Alaskan Fishing, Ariana, Age of Discovery, Asian Beauty, Rugby Star, Santa Paws, Avalon, Big Chef, Soccer Safari, So Much Candy, Wild Orient, CashVille, Bridesmaids, Wheel of Wealth.
If you are a fan of classic slots, you’d better head to the section where you will find all-time favourites such as Big 5, Bulls Eye, Captain Cash, Cherry Red, Chef’s Magic, Jurrasic Jackpot, Lions Share, Joker 8000, Golden Dragon, Chief’s Fortune, Pub Frutty, Win Spiner.
The original review described a Jackpots section with games, featuring fantastic progressive jackpots. These include Mega Moolah, Fruit Fiesta, Cash Splash, LotsALoot, Treasure Nile, the Dark Knight, Wow Pot, Tunzamunni.

Table Games
The original table-game list counted 31 blackjack variants and named Double Exposure, European Blackjack, Atlantic City, Vegas Downtown, Super Fun 21 and Spanish 21, among others. That total has not been recounted. Single-hand and multi-hand formats can have different table rules and limits.
Other table-game examples recorded in the original review included roulette, craps, baccarat, Red Dog, Sic Bo, Crown & Anchor and poker variants. The old count of eight roulette versions is not a verified current total.

Customer Support
Luxury Casino’s official support page lists live chat and email at [email protected]. It advertises a support centre operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and says it aims to process emails within 48 hours. These are the operator’s stated hours and target, not a response-time guarantee or a fresh service test.
The earlier review’s claims about country-specific toll-free lines, immediate callbacks and support in every website language were not confirmed in this check. Use the current contact page to check the options for your account.
Licensing and availability
Luxury Casino is part of the Casino Rewards group and is operated by Apollo Entertainment Ltd (Malta company number C 45483), according to the footer of its website, which displays a Kahnawake Gaming Commission certificate. The Kahnawake Gaming Commission’s permit-holder list shows luxury.casino under Fresh Horizons Ltd., which holds a Client Provider Authorisation. A separate Ontario site (ontario.luxury.casino) appears in iGaming Ontario’s directory of regulated gaming sites. In August 2023 the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario fined Apollo Entertainment C$100,000 for breaching Ontario’s responsible gambling standards.

I found the loyalty program underwhelming. Even after playing regularly, the rewards didn’t seem to add up to anything worthwhile. Also, some games tend to lag during peak hours, which is frustrating.
As someone who plays for fun, I really appreciate how accessible this casino is. There are plenty of games that cater to smaller budgets, and I’ve had a lot of fun trying different slots. The only downside is that the bonus terms aren’t very clear—I had to ask support for help, but they were really friendly and explained everything. If you’re just looking for a casual, low-pressure experience, this is a great choice.
One of my favourite casinos, I got my first big win here. Customer service is awesome games load great and I have not come across any error codes which is definitely a plus. I would highly recommend this casino.
Although they have excellent customer agents who are very polite and knowledgeable I have to say I’m extreemly miffed with this casino insane misleading and outright lies on their flyers. Forgetting to list such words as “UP TO” and “DEPOSIT REQUIRED” seem to be too much to ask for this casino. I even left a $15 deposit in limbo and washerd my hands of this casino simply BC they right annoyed and frustrated me with Thier lack of wording on their flyers. Just a hitn… ”Free 1000” means ”free 1000”! It’s doesn’t mean your allowed to add the “UP TO” after your guest have made Thier 5 deposits. – so when your flyer tells someone that if the make 5 deposits they will recieve a free 1000 …. Your Infact lying to said person and you should be ashamed. Atleast add in the byline or fine print on that same flyer that it’s the bonus coin you earn on each of the five deposits where you can be credited “UP TO” a free $1000.
And sure your guests some respect in doing so.
That would be so make it much more pleasant to play at your casino and waaaay less annoying, frustrating and incoidoce skipped the not nice feeling of had being lied to. 👍 Thanks so much Luxury Casino’. My business may be a small spot on your client based map. But you will no longer recieve another penny from me regardless
Registered and would not say that the casino is so good. in 15 minutes lost 20 euros, the return is very little and so I did not get any pleasure during this time. Disappointed in the graphics and interface. The choice of games is not bad.
Im not sure about his casino, not many slots, i dont like those bonuses, chat is average, dont play there 😀
The sweetest and nicest casino at which I have played and a lot of games on offer and bonuses etc. Great casino.
This really is a great casino. I like their slots and the menu is really easy to use.
They are part of very nice group of casinos with very good licence. They have nice welcome bonus, actually set of bonuses. The thing i like about Casino rewards casinos is the wagering of the bonuses only X 30 which is very nice and friendly .If your account is verified the cashout is 2-3 days which we all know it takes that long.As long as know i play at safe casino i am ok with payout period.
I made a mistake here the other day, I should have cashed out my new win but I did not, I wanted to try for a higher amount. I was actually very excited that I won at Luxury Casino and it was on a $20.00 lucky day bonus they give out sometimes at Casino Rewards Casinos, you log into your Casino and there waiting for you is the bonus. Very nice! I had some extra money in my bonus account so the total I played was about $28.00, and had 30X’s wagering to do, I played wisely with small bets and worked up, sometimes this works, and it did this time, I hit a winning streak and won about $325.00 I wanted to win more and well, it did not happen, but was very happy that I did end up winning this amount on a bonus they gave me, great! to know this.
I have joined this Casino awhile back and used the welcome bonus, five deposit bonuses. I did win on the first deposit bonus, I think it was about $200, or maybe a little less, I did decide to try to make a higher win, did not get it. The other deposit bonuses have not been lucky for me, but I will continue to play here and see how I do. I do like Casino Rewards they have 30X’s wagering.
£1000 on your first 5 deposits looks like a winner but the wagering requirement kills it as usual. Other than that this is a microgaming software run casino with lots of games but I find Micro fairly limiting when it comes to the best graphics and gameplay. Nothing new here for me but a decent site. Play TDKR for best graphics.
Has 5 deposit bonuses including 100% on your first deposit.
But despite a large amount of microgaming slots and games, it fails when it comes to collecting your money.
Firstly my documents needed to be clearer, then when i successfully withdrew the money stayed pending for god knows how long but after a week the money arrived to me, very frustrating especially when some casinos like sky take a few hours to put into your bank.
Very unhappy with how they handle withdrawals but apart from that the downloaded software runs smooth and the games are good.
Excellent casino from the provider Miсrogaming. In addition, this casino checks the company ecogra. One piece of advice. I advise you not to take the bonus on the first deposit, because he has a big wager (x60). And another three deposits with excellent conditions! Wager is only x30. And in our time it’s a rarity.
good games, good bonuses, and they are quick to pay!
This casino pays me without asking for documents ! Cool casino, fast withdrawal !
Casino where I deposited but never won, also I got letters from this group, codes which work for this casino are valid for the sisters casinos too. I don’t think I will ever make a deposit there, no luck, no money from my side.
Well, I can’t rate this casino, but like all French players who opened their account before the antigambling law in France, I’m still allowed to play there. So here is my review : 5/5 🙂 Great games (well, it’s a microgaming!), great support, great gaming environment… Nothing to complain about so far.
Luxury is another Microgaming casino and part of Casino Reward Group. I’ve never had any bad experience with the group, so I think they are super trustful. The games, as always, are great and everyone can find something special. Free roll tournaments, great support, secure withdrawals- that’s luxurios!
I am surprised to hear of any hassles coming from Casino Rewards. The only strange or slightly-off thing about them that I know of — I can never open their games in a full-sized window. Usually I can click ‘enlarge’ or whatever and the game fills my screen, but with Casino Rewards I can always see my computer desktop in the background, slightly. Maybe that helps on the screenshots, though, when the big winners need to provide a jackpot screenshot as proof. Or whatever! No clue. But Luxury just phoned me up and had plunked a lovely $40 onto my account and I’m having quite the nice Sunday night, so I thought I’d come to LCB and say just what fabulous, wonderful, smart, kind, considerate hosts they are, and how perfectly fun and delightful is the Microgaming gaming at Luxury Casino! ….Five stars!
Once again another let down by the casino rewards group. they let you sign up and deposit with there different sites but once you start claiming the free bonuses and making withdrawals they start getting difficult with you. I was told i had multiple accounts with the same email of which i replied of course i do because you run various casinos. They then blocked my account so i sent an email asking for a supervisor/manager to look at my account and they reopened it offering me a 100% deposit bonus. I obviously i told them they could jog on as i wasnt going to give them more of my business after the hassle they casued
Good to hear that someone really likes casino rewards casinos, that is good to hear excellent actually because I was wondering about this, the bonuses are not that great, but I have heard of big wins there, I am a member of some casino rewards casinos, but have not played there that much, I think I may start playing at some of them, I never won off any free play bonuses after the deposit I made to collect my $100, sure I won $100 but even playing wisely and slowly I could not manage to win at these casinos, Gloriabe
Luxury casino is another one of well know Casino Rewards Group casino’s. I have played more than 10 of them in sum and have to say only the best things about them. Very nice customer service, fast cashouts and a lot of deposit/withdrawal options as well as over 500 favourtie microgaming slots. I really recommend this to all players who love to play slots mostly!
Casino again spams aggressively because play are leaving by the thouands and they are desparate for players. To many casinos not enough players RNG doesnt pay anything if you have no deposits . How you think they get a 97 percent ratio, how it pays on 97 percent of what is deposited, so if you get very low pay ratio on your deposit time after time you know that the casino has not had many deposits its that simple. Stay away from rewards group until they get their act together. I do get a kick out of what support says though after you lose 20 times in a row ,your on a bad , bad run lol i swear that micro gaming software comes with a booklet with quotes for support to tell players but thats my opinion.
Luxury casino are part of the infamous “casino rewards” group. I have had multiple dealings with them over the years. The casino itself look’s very nice, a typical MG casino that play’s well and has a lot to offer. My main concern is the excessive spam and misleading offers from the group that owns this casino… “casino rewards”. Each member that join’s 1 of their casino’s gets a “casino rewards” account. You can login and sometimes they give you free tickets for their monthly lotteries to win free chips. They also link all of your casino rewards accounts in that 1 page so if you have accumulated enough points to cash them in for free chips, you can get the free chip added at any casino rewards casino you are signed up to. Good in theory but they have too many terms to complicate things such as only 1 bonus of a certain type can be claimed at just 1 casino in their group, even though they are advertised at each of their casinos… take more than 1 and your winnings will likely be void. The big issue with them is the spam. No idea how they get your email but all of the worst spam seem to come from “casino rewards”, with the recent main advertising from the being “luxury casino”. The spam is horrible, they seem to try any trick in the book, from saying you have been selected out of 5 people to receive a complete free amount of money to play at the casino, to offers saying “play with our money and keep what you win”. You would have to see an email from them to see how bad they get. All they are doing is advertising bonus money you can get by depositing. There’s no free cash, no free offers, nothing. Even though they make it seem like that. I think their tactic is to get unsuspecting players to sign up and when they realise the offer isn’t free, they are likely to deposit because they would of taken time to download and install the casino. Theres not much to say about Luxury casino… A typical MG casino, plays just like most others. The casino rewards loyalty scheme has great potential but only if you don’t mind the spam and them using as many tactics as they can to trick you.
This is a good looking casino, with download only software, power by Microgaming platform. It is worth noting that you can install the software only on PC’s, and I wish they were a bit more flexible. This casino is online for more than 10 years, and it has a nice and dedicated community, but also a very well organized support, with direct phone lines for players from Canada, UK, Germany, Denmark and the rest of the world. As you might have guessed, US players are not allowed to register the account, but they don’t have a problem with U.S. Dollars, Canadian Dollars, Euros or U.K. Pounds. As for depositing on your account, you can use most of the popular systems like Visa, MasterCard, Neteller. If you are looking for a No Deposit Bonus, you won’t find it here, and they only offer deposit bonuses, so you will have to make a deposit prior to getting anything in return.
Free spins are received after you make a qualifying deposit.
I also do not give free spins. download here. Username- ocrv0022445285
Hi Beck, this offer has just expired. We are removing it now from our list. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. best rgds LCB Admin
I downloaded the casino from the link but i didnt recieve free spins im from the uk, so i went on chat and was told there was no free spins and never had been freespins on this casino and she asked for the link that i got it off. But i read the forum and people have had free spins so she was wrong.
The sign up bonus is a little tricky. I wasn’t a huge fan of it. It’s not a set bonus, it’s more of an installation sort of deal. It’s based on your 1st, 2nd and 3rd deposits. Some are awarded 100%, while others get 50%. It’s a bit of a letdown. I did enjoy their selection of table games while playing here. They offer a nice amount of variations and the odds are pretty decent as well, especially when it comes to their blackjack and straight poker games. Another thing I like about the site was that they offer you a strategy sheet if you’re new at the game and want to try it out or even if you’re just looking for some new fresh moves. The slots aren’t bad here either. There are tons to choose from and the payouts won’t get you down either. Almost all of them are worth playing and they tend to have nice features like free spins and bonus rounds that they’re not skimpy on. They have a lot of progressive games as well.
There are great slot games at this site available for players to choose from. And they’ve got great bonus games to go along with them with lots of opportunities to win some decent cash prizes. I wasn’t crazy about their sign up bonus. It’s a bit complicated and you don’t receive it in one straight shot. It’s one of those deals where you earn percentages on your first few deposits and it comes in increments, plus you have to meet some wagering requirements. I wasn’t too crazy about it. Once you get past that though, the cash outs are pretty speedy and there are some games that pay pretty well. The slots offer free spin features which is a plus. The rest of the games are decent, nothing spectacular but they run smoothly. Overall, not a bad site, but not the best either. I would suggest it for those who mainly like slots.
