Malta-based provider of casino technology and management solutions FAST TRACK Solutions announced that online casino brand Chance Hill Casino would migrate on the supplier’s front-end casino platform. As part of the agreement between the two parties, the online casino would also be powered by the iGaming Cloud back-end solution.
Once the migration is completed, Chance Hill Casino is set to be launched with FAST TRACK sometime in July.
This has not been the first partnership agreement signed between the gaming supplier and Chance Hill Ltd., the gambling operator behind the above-mentioned casino brand. Formerly, the two parties penned a deal for Ikibu – a completely new online casino which is to go live in the third quarter of the year. With FAST TRACK’s front-end platform, the new brand is expected to approach the online casino business in a “new and ingenious” manner.
Commenting on both deals, Chance Hill CEO Rafael Rios said that after collaborating with FAST TRACK for several months on their new casino, they have decided to move Chance Hill Casino to their partner as they were happy with the way it worked.
FAST TRACK Solutions Simon Lidzén pointed out that they are really happy with the chance to extend further their existing partnership with Chance Hill. The executive added that the online casino company has an excellent team to work with and that it has the potential to turn into a big success.
Back in May, FAST TRACK announced a key partnership with value enhancement services provider Enteractive. As of the second half of the year, Enteractive would be providing FAST TRACK and its online casino customers with its 24/7 customer support service.
On their collaboration with the retention-as-a-service platform provider, Mr. Lidzén commented that excellent customer service is one of the key functions to secure “loyalty and recommendations” to a given brand. Being a seasoned provider of customer support services, Enteractive has been considered the perfect partner for FAST TRACK, the executive further pointed out.
It was also in May when FAST TRACK announced integration with iGaming Cloud. In addition, the company pointed out that its customers will be offered its new partner’s gaming platform and that its own front-end platform would become available to some of iGaming Cloud’s partners.
