London-based leading spread betting operator Sporting Index announced that its online casino offering has gone live for hand-held devices. Mobile gambling content provided by popular developers and suppliers Microgaming and NetEnt is now available to gambling customers of the operator.
Sporting Index rolled out its live casino and fixed-odds casino offering for desktop back in March. The live casino gambling products the operator now offers are powered by some of the leaders in the sector – Evolution Gaming and NetEnt. As for the operator’s fixed-odds desktop casino offering, it is powered by NetEnt, Microgaming, and IGT. Sporting Index promised that it would constantly expand its catalog of products.
A few days after the spread betting company launched its casino offering, it also announced that it had integrated the EveryMatrix CasinoEngine content aggregator to enrich its catalog of offered content. CasinoEngine currently features over 3,000 traditional online casino and live dealer games by some of the world’s leading suppliers.
Sporting Index has rolled out its mobile casino content as the UEFA Euro 2016 is entering its final stages. Players are now able to play more than 50 casino games, with those including various slots and table games.
The mobile gaming content is available via a special Sporting Index app and can be easily accessed through integrated tabs. This has been the first time when the operator has launched non-spread-based offering for hand-held devices.
Commenting on the latest announcement, Sporting Index Head Paul Turner said that the launch of desktop casino offering has been welcomed by gambling customers of the operator and that they are looking forward to providing mobile players with that same excitement. The official further noted that the UEFA Euro 2016 has brought additional traffic and that they are confident the newly launched casino content complements in a perfect manner their spread betting products.
Mr. Turner was promoted to the newly created Head role in June. He had previously served as Marketing Director of the London-based company. Founded in 1992, Sporting Index has been providing mainly spread betting options. Currently, it holds a 70% stake in its domestic spread betting market.
