
Optimove has previously served several of GVC Holdings’ online gaming brands but, as it seems, the gaming company has now decided to have its entire CRM strategy managed by the popular provider of diverse customer retention solutions.
Under the terms of the two companies’ agreement, Optimove would make it possible for GVC Holdings to “consolidate, manage, and automate” customer marketing across multiple channels and based on different predictive modeling technologies.
In addition, Optimove would create and optimize personalized framework of customer-focused campaigns that are expected to result in increased player engagement and spend. GVC Holdings will also be provided with programs for the development of customer-oriented marketing, among other related services.
Commenting on the latest announcement, Adam Lewis, Group Head of Sportsbooks at GVC Holdings, said that given Optimove’s proven success in increasing player engagement within the Sportingbet brand, they have made the decision to adopt the marketing solutions provider across the whole enterprise. The official further noted that Optimove’s tools and consulting services will most certainly secure them with an advantage within the highly competitive global gaming market.
Alon Tvina, CCO of Optimove, said that the GVC Holdings brands they have already worked with have proved to be among the company’s most sophisticated Customer Marketing Cloud users. The official also noted that they are looking forward to working with all of the gambling operator’s brands to duplicate together the player marketing success already achieved and to additionally cement GVC Holdings’ leading position in the iGaming field.
At present, Optimove’s Customer Marketing Cloud services 180 customer-centric brands operating within different industries. The company is driving their entire customer marketing operations, thus helping them increase customer spend, reduce churn, and grow customer lifetime value. Last year, Optimove was reported to have delivered over 2.6 billion marketing interactions on its clients’ behalf.
