Poker Tournaments to Start between September 5-11

A WPT Main Tour stop, two WSOP Circuit ones, two Aria High Roller tournaments, and a Circuito Nacional De Poker festival – these are the most exciting poker events slated to kick off in the week between September 5-11. More information about what players could expect from them and the locations they are to take place in could be found in the following several paragraphs.

WPT Borgata Poker Open

Atlantic City’s Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa has welcomed some major poker festivals over the years. Early in September, the gambling venue will open its doors for such an event; one that will certainly attract the attention of poker professionals and enthusiasts from different parts of the world.

The Borgata is scheduled to be WPT Main Tour’s next stop from September 5 through September 23. Over that time span, thousands of tournament entries will be paid millions of dollars in prize money. The festival will feature 30 different events.

It is also important to mention that organizers have not limited the choice of tournaments only to No-Limit Hold’em ones, even though the format has long been the most popular to be played at casinos. Entries will also be able to take part in Omaha and H.O.R.S.E. ones, as well.

The WPT Borgata Poker Open will kick off with a five-day, multiple starting flight $560 No-Limit Hold’em Deepstack tournament with a guaranteed prize pool of $2 million. The WPT Borgata Poker Open $3,500 Main Event will take place on September 18-23. The major tournament features a $3-million guaranteed prize pool.

Circuito Nacional De Poker – CNP

Gran Casino Bilbao in the Spanish city of Bilbao will host the Circuito Nacional De Poker from September 7-11. Understandably, the €550 CNP Main Event will be the one to attract the most attention among players. The tournament will run from September 8-11. Players will be granted a 50,000 stack upon entering it. Levels will be 60-minute ones, organizers have notified. There will be satellite tournaments offering seats into the Main Event.

The two-day Liga Nacional de Poker €220 No-Limit Hold’em event will also be taking place as part of the festival. It will offer entries who get busted once a single re-entry option.

2016/17 WSOP International Circuit – Campione d’Italia

Casinò di Campione will be the WSOP International Circuit’s Italian stop this season. There will be eight WSOP Circuit events to take place within the festival as well as a number of other exciting opportunities for interested players to demonstrate their skills. The €880 No-Limit Hold’em Main Event will be a five-day one, starting September 16. The whole festival is set to run from September 8-20.

2016/17 WSOP Circuit – Biloxi

The WSOP Circuit is next slated to go to Biloxi, Mississippi as part of its American tour this season. IP Biloxi Hotel and Casino will be the host venue to a twelve-day festival that will feature 12 gold ring events and several other opportunities for players to win a share of attractive prize pools. The WSOP Circuit will stay in Biloxi from September 8 through September 19.

A four-day $365 No-Limit Hold’em tournament with a guaranteed $200,000 prize pool will be the one to open the festival. As for the $1,675 Main Event, it will take place on September 16-19, promising entries a guaranteed prize pool of $500,000.

Aria High Roller 40-41

Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas occasionally plays host to single-day $25,000 High Roller tournaments that usually draw some of the world’s most prominent and accomplished high roller players. On September 9-10, the casino will welcome everyone interested for two more events of this kind.
