Supplier of a wide range of solutions for the international gaming and sports betting industry BetConstruct highlighted the recent appointment of Jak Malki as its Regional Director for Mexico as part of its strategy for growth in the Latin American gambling market.

The company has already established its presence in the region with two offices in Uruguay and Peru. The supplier’s Uruguay office is headed by Regional Director Anna Shahbazyan. As for its Peru-based office, it is headed by Regional Director Alonso Jibaja.

In such a highly competitive environment the global gambling market has turned into in recent years, expansion is deemed an important, even indispensable, part of most gambling-related companies’ growth strategies. BetConstruct has placed Latin America at the center of its own expansion and growth strategy, as the region has been indicating expansion potential for years now.

Commenting on the provider’s Latin American focus, Ms. Shahbazyan said that the local iGaming market is nearing maturity and that they have started developing strategies to respond to its needs. She further noted that they want to “breathe the same air” as their local partners and thus contribute to their mutual growth.

The official also listed the provision of adequate customer service as a main point in their growth strategy for the region; adequate customer service meaning one offered in Spanish and Portuguese and in due time and manner.

Through the appointment of Regional Director for Mexico, the provision of diverse offering and high quality customer service, BetConstruct aims to indicate its determination to establish itself as a big industry name in the Latin American region. Continuing to grow there and bringing its local clients “closer to undiscovered possibilities and unmatched success,” is a strategy the internationally recognized provider believes will prove to be successful for its overall growth.

In relation to the recent establishment of a Mexico-based office, BetConstruct attended SAGSE One Mexico 2016, one of the biggest gambling-related shows in Latin America, this August. The company used the international forum to introduce itself to local clients and ones from the region as a whole, and to acquaint itself with the particularities of the Mexican gaming market.
