Poker Tournaments to Start between October 10-16

Atlantic City, Brussels, the Iberian Peninsula, and London will be this week’s most thrilling poker destinations, playing hosts to festivals that enjoy wide popularity among players. Multiple poker formats, substantial guaranteed prize pools, and unmatched poker excitement will await everyone who enters the events that are scheduled to begin in the week between October 10-16.

2016 Deepstacks Challenge

The Deepstacks Challenge at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City is the festival this week’s review of the most noteworthy events begins with. The Borgata will play host to this festival from October 10 through October 21. There will be 11 single-day events to take place within its schedule. They will all feature guaranteed prize pools of between $10,000 and $30,000.

WPT National Brussels

Grand Casino Brussels Viage is the next exciting location the WPT National will be visiting within its 2016/17 schedule. Warm-up and satellite events will kick off at the casino on October 11. October 12 will be the day when the two-day €1,500 High Roller tournament is set to begin. As for the bwin.be WPT National Brussels €750 Main Event, it will kick off on October 13. The tournament will feature two starting flights and two more days of play. Mixed formats, Crazy Pineapple, and Pot-Limit Omaha events will also be among those featured during the festival and open to everyone who wants to enter them.

WPT National Iberia Barcelona/Vilamoura/Madrid

The Iberian Peninsula has clearly fascinated the WPT National as the popular poker series will return there for the second time within the 2016/17 season for three exciting festivals, the Main Events of which will be joined together at certain point. Casino Barcelona, Casino Vilamoura, and Casino Gran Madrid will be the gathering points for players from both Spain and Portugal as well as from anywhere else in the world.

The festival at Casino Gran Madrid has already kicked off with satellite events. The one at Casino Vilamoura will begin tomorrow, October 11, with a €1,500 High Roller tournament. The three €750 Main Events will begin at the three casinos on October 13. Play will continue at each of the gambling venues up through October 16. The remaining hopefuls will then play against each other in Portugal at Casino Vilamoura. The Grand Final that will mark the end of the three festivals is scheduled for October 22-23.

888Live London Festival

888 is one of the largest online gambling operators at present. And although it owns one of the most popular online poker rooms – 888poker, it is equally good in organizing live tournaments. Players from London and the area, as well as ones planning to visit London over the next ten days will be able to see this with their own eyes.

The 888Live London Festival will run from October 13-23 at Aspers Casino Westfield Stratford City in London. The festival will be opened with a £220 No-Limit Hold’em event with a guaranteed prize pool of £100,000. The tournament will feature three starting flights played over three days (October 13-15) and one more final day of play (October 16).

Overall, there will be 17 events included in the 888Live London Festival’s schedule. The £880 888Live London Festival Main Event with a guaranteed prize pool of £200,000 will run from October 20-23 with two starting flights and two more days of play.
