Live Casino provider Evolution Gaming has sealed another important deal that will result in the company expanding its presence in Scandinavian markets. Under a content distribution agreement with Swedish gambling operator Cherry AB, Evolution Gaming’s Live Casino offering will go live with its new partner’s online casino brands.
Cherry and its gambling websites will be given access to the Live Casino supplier’s full catalog of traditional and VIP live table games, with those being streamed from the latter’s Latvia-based studio. The deal also allows for the Swedish gambling operator to take advantage of its new partner’s localized Live Casino services for Europe. The services in question include Live Casino table games run by native speaking dealers. The localized offering is streamed from Evolution Gaming’s Malta-based studio.
Cherry’s multi-brand online gambling strategy has proved to be quite successful over the past several years. Online gaming brands like CherryCasino, Norgesspill, Sunmaker, EuroLotto, and several more are currently managed by the gambling operator. Evolution Gaming’s Live Casino tables will now be available to players registered with the above-mentioned gaming websites.
Commenting on the latest announcement, Jonas Wåhlander, CEO of Cherry iGaming Group, the Swedish operator’s online gaming division, said that they have monitored the growth of the Live Casino segment and that they have selected Evolution Gaming as their partner as the latter has been recognized as one of the innovators in the field. Mr. Wåhlander further noted that they believe their joint work with that particular supplier will allow Cherry to better capitalize on the Live Casino category of product offering.
Evolution Gaming Chief Commercial Officer Sebastian Johannisson added that they are delighted to welcome Cherry as their latest client. The official also explained that integration of their Live Casino offering with the gambling operator’s brands is set to begin immediately. Once the process is completed, Cherry will be able to benefit from a wide variety of games and agility to be delivered to their gambling customers, Mr. Johannisson commented.
The Swedish gaming operator’s online casino division will also be able to add branded Live Casino offering with dedicated tables and environments as part of its deal with Evolution Gaming.
