Although the iGaming industry has been growing rapidly over the past several years, suppliers and operators prefer not to neglect the importance of retail markets. The latest agreement came as a continuation of NYX Gaming’s strategic initiatives to “bridge the gap” between iGaming and land-based gaming, the company itself pointed out.
Its partnership with Italian land-based businesses was not the result from an arbitrary choice. The country’s Comma 6a retail market, as it is referred to as, has long been among the largest brick-and-mortar gaming markets around Europe.
As part of the deal, NYX Gaming has already delivered two gaming titles – Holly Madison and Sky Winners, on Comma 6a gaming machines. The games are now available for Italian gambling customers to play at land-based shops. Both titles are among NYX Gaming’s most popular ones and have previously been launched to thousands of desktop and mobile players.
NYX Gaming Regional Manager Southern Europe Andrea Guzzon elaborated on the latest announcement by saying that his company is committed to delivering omni-channel experience and the latest on-property launch of its products comes as a milestone in its growth strategy.
FM Gaming Italia Managing Director Fabio Castaldo added that they are happy to announce that NYX Gaming content has gone live on their Comma 6a machines across Italian properties and that he is confident in the games’ success with local players. Mr. Castaldo added that more games are to be integrated in future.
Italy has long been a core market for NYX Gaming. The supplier has been working with a number of local operators, with Sisal and SNAI being only two of these. Through its Italian division Game360, the company supplies diverse iGaming content and related solutions to its clients.
Headquartered in Las Vegas, NYX Gaming also manages development studios in Stockholm and Sydney. It provides gaming content in all key product verticals within the iGaming industry and solutions that facilitate international companies in managing successful gambling businesses.
