Gambling software developer and supplier Playtech has launched Prestige Baccarat, the second title in its Prestige series of live casino games. The new baccarat game offers enhanced playing experience with five different gameplay angles and winning hand replays, among others.
Prestige Baccarat games are to be streamed from a new environment that features customized tables and backdrop with the Chinese symbol for luck on it. To provide players with different playing angles, Playtech has positioned cameras in different places around the live baccarat studio.
Prestige Baccarat is available on desktop and hand-held devices. Mobile players are able to choose between a landscape and portrait mode.
Commenting on the new product launch, Playtech Live Head of Innovation Kevin Kilminster said that they had worked closely with licensees and had invested a great amount of research and development efforts to create a competitive game for a competitive market.
The official added that players are presented with a refined baccarat title that combines the classic squeeze variations and logic behind the traditional baccarat games with innovative live casino features. According to Mr. Kilminster, the product has been received very well and will certainly continue establishing itself as a player-favorite.
Playtech COO Shimon Akad noted that the Prestige series of live casino games represents a new and very exciting journey for the software giant.
As mentioned above, Prestige Baccarat came as the second installment in the Prestige series of live casino games. Last November, Playtech debuted the Prestige Roulette title. A modern-day variant of the popular table game, Prestige Roulette is set in a neon-lit environment. Multiple gameplay camera angles, quick betting rounds, and replay of previous winning spins are among the game’s features that are aimed to present players with casino experience as close to real life as possible. Similarly to Prestige Baccarat, Prestige Roulette is available across all channels.
Earlier this month, Playtech rolled out a new live mobile roulette, adding innovative features intended to improve player experience. The new product was Playtech’s first mobile one to provide players with the opportunity to choose whether to play on a landscape or a portrait mode on their hand-held devices. In addition, they can see their bets while the wheel is spinning. Players are also offered a personalized view of the gaming table in all modes.
