The withdrawal process is one of the slowest I’ve ever experienced, requested withdrawal a week ago, it took 2 days for them to ask for ID, a further 2 days to verify my ID (just a simple driving licence). Initial withdrawal requested on the Monday and by Friday it had only just been set to processed, it’s now Monday and still no sign of the money in my account.
Most companies have a full processing time of 2-5 days (normally 2 for my bank), note that doesn’t normally mean business days, Karamba takes 2-5 business days which in reality is a lot longer than most providers.

I did received the bonus instantly, it wasn’t the free spins bonus but 5 euro free no deposit bonus. 5 euro = 50 free spins at Starburst So I played starburst but with no results, all 5 euro was gone within 70 spins with a few respins bonus.
