Suzo-Happ spokesperson explained how significant the acquisition is to solidifying strong presence in major European markets such as Spain and France. Combined, the different machines and tools that the two companies have so far sold separately will now offer a complete coin handling service, estimated to utilize around 2 million units.
The current 150 employees who work in Comesterogroup will now integrate into Suzo-Happ to bring their knowledge and know-how. The customer lists of the companies will also be merged to fluently continue providing the best services to all 5,000 of their clients.

Suzo-Happ will now be able to access the best ‘cashless system’ in Europe and provide a wider product lines of vending tools. That was further affirmed by the director of sales and marketing at Suzo-Happ, who ensured that the added value in the production of coin processing and payment operations will be higher than ever. Mr. Chionna continues by saying that the business partnership will mutually work to provide the most secure and automated payment services to its clients.
