Silver oak trees are known for standing tallest among the rest, and that’s probably the metaphor that inspired the name of the Silver Oak casino. It is their ambition to shoulder above the rest and provide the punters all around the globe with the most unforgettable gambling experience of their lives.

Did they succeed? How did they intend to do it at all? Let’s take a closer look so that you can decide whether Silver Oak is the right venue for you to nest in.

Starting off with the visual appeal of the casino, we have to say the design looks a bit old fashioned, and slightly on the verge of being simply outdated. They’ve chosen a white background with deep shades of burgundy red, but this isn’t exactly the latest fashion…

Online casinos these days tend to prefer black and dark grey designs simply due to the fact that they are much easier on the eyes, especially if you like spending hours playing games. Silver Oak could use an upgrade here.

On the other hand, we really like the Blog section where you can read the news from the industry, and learn a lot about new games, promotions, tournaments, and more. We’d definitely love to see more casinos doing such things.

Promotional Offers

Some players are only out there hunting for different promotional offers. Always searching, always surfing the net, snooping for more reasons to stay longer at a select venue. It is completely understandable, as these are some of the most commonly used ways of luring in new customers and making them stay.

Let’s start off with three different no deposit bonuses, depending on the bonus code you’re using. Extra cash always wins over new players, so you are probably going to love this.

If that wasn’t enough, they will also give you a deposit match for your first TEN deposits! Yup, you’ve read that right. TEN DEPOSITS!

Making three or more deposits in a single month will get you into the $10k draw, as well. Aside from this, there are also Re-deposit bonuses, Happy Hour bonuses, Weekly bonuses, and Blackjack bonuses to be enjoyed on a regular basis.

Still not enough?! Well, believe it or not, there is still some more, as they also offer Cash Back bonuses along with the Bankroll Protection.

Make sure you get a hold of Crewpons, their way of rewarding the customers, and it’s also worth pointing out that Silver Oak casino is one of the select few that accepts the Players Rewards Card.

Even though promotional offers of all sorts are present here, we’re still somewhat surprised and even disappointed to find out that there is no VIP club for the most loyal players. This surely could be a welcome addition to the list, as it would surely summon even more customers.

Games

Now, this is where we get to separate the boys from real men. The games lobby is what makes or breaks an online casino, that hidden factor that makes us fall in love with or sincerely hate an online betting venue. Games are what it’s all about, and if there’s too few of them or they are simply not up to the players’ liking…

Silver Oak casino has chosen the path of dealing with just one software provider, but luckily enough they made the right choice as they are powered by Real Time Gaming.

Once you reach the games lobby, you will surely have the greatest dilemma – which game to play? In that case, you can check the “New Games” category first.

When you’re done checking the latest titles, check out the other categories, including Slots, Table Games, Video Poker, and Specialty Games.

Slots

Without any exceptions, slots are always the most popular games at online betting venues. This is also the main reason why they occupy the largest part of the games lobby. Without further ado, let’s check out some of the hottest titles that you could play over there.

These include Achilles, Bank On It, Caesar’s Empire, Derby Dollars, Eagle Shadow Fist, Fame And Fortune, Gemtopia, Hairway To Heaven, I Zombie, Jazz Time, King Of Swing, Lion’s Lair, Mayan Queen, Naughty Or Nice III, Ocean Dreams, Panda Magic, Rain Dance, Samba Sunset, T-Rex, Victory, Warlock’s Spell, Year Of Fortune, Zhanshi, Aztec’s Treasure Feature Guarantee, Bulls And Bears, Cash Bandits 2, Diamond Mine Deluxe, Double Ya Luck, Enchanted Garden II, Fantasy Mission Force, Field Of Green, Fruit Bowl XXV, Glitz And Glamour, Gods Of Wealth, Gods Of Nature, Happy Golden Ox Of Happiness, Honey To The Bee, It’s A Mystery!, Kung Fu Rooster, Loch Ness Loot, Naughty Or Nice Spring Break, Outta This World, Prince Of Sherwood, Realm Of Riches, Return Of The Rudolph, Ritchie Valens La Bamba, San Guo Zheng Ba, Santa Strikes Back, Sevens And Stripes, Swindle All The Way, The Big Bopper, The Three Stooges: Brideless Groom, and so many more!

Table Games

Tradition is very important. That’s why each and every casino simply HAS to have some good old table games stashed in their lobby. This one may not be the best stocked one out there, but it still has something to offer including titles such as Baccarat, War, Face Up 21, Texas Hold’Em Bonus Poker, Pai Gow Poker, Pontoon, Red Dog, Match Play 21, Tri-Card Poker, European Blackjack, Blackjack, Vegas Three Card Rummy, Let ‘Em Ride, Super 21, and Perfect Pairs.

Video Poker

There are still a large number of players who still prefer playing strictly various variations of video poker. Over here they will find Aces And Eights, Pick’Em Poker, Bonus Poker, Joker Poker, Loose Deuces, Deuces Wild, Sevens Wild, Mystery Bonus Poker, All American Poker, Jacks Or Better, and several other titles.

Specialty Games

These are basically those that didn’t fit the previous three categories, including 5 Diamond Blackjack, Sic Bo, Bonus Bingo, Magic 7’s, European Slot Poker, Hot Dice, Keno, European Roulette, Banana Jones, Treasure Tree, Craps, and American Roulette, among others.

Supported Devices and Platforms

Of course, the site is designed with desktop and laptop users first and foremost, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t access and use the site from your smartphone or tablet device. Perhaps the design and layout make a little more sense on a smaller screen, but it still isn’t very easy on the eyes with that much white background.

The menus are somewhat simplified, and the mobile version of the site is slightly easier to use and navigate your way around, so we believe you won’t be coming back to its desktop counterpart once you start enjoying these perks…

…especially when you consider the fact that there are games to be enjoyed on the go, anywhere, anytime!

What’s even better is that no matter which platform you choose to use, you can play all the games in demo mode before deciding on logging in and playing for real cash.

Banking Methods

When it comes to available banking methods, Silver Oak blends in with all the other casinos that cater to the US and Canadian markets, as it offers the most common options, but be well aware of the fact that not all deposit methods can be used for withdrawals and vice versa.

Once you’ve decided upon placing a deposit, of course, you can always rely on the good old Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards. You simply wouldn’t believe how many players still prefer using this method of payment at various online casinos. On the other hand, it is somewhat of a turn off when you consider that these can’t be used as methods for withdrawal of your winnings!

If you prefer using e-wallets for money transactions, it’s good to know that Neteller is accepted here for both deposits and withdrawals.

Cryptocurrency aficionados rejoice! Bitcoin users will be delighted by the fact that their favorite payment method can be used here, and it’s also great news that it works for both placing bets and making withdrawals.

We will point out that the remaining two payout options include BankWire and BankChecks. The minimum deposit for all the aforementioned methods is $50, and all players need to fill out a Credit Card Agreement Form and send a copy of a personal ID issued by the Government before placing any bets.

As you can see, there are so many different rules and limitation that would turn off a large number of players, but this isn’t exactly the end of it…

Scored some winnings and you want to make a withdrawal? Well, the minimum limit here is at a whopping hundred bucks! Also, all cashouts are limited to $2,500 per week. This means that they’re motivating you to be a high roller and limiting your cashouts at the same time.

Numerous reports on many reputable portals have shown that Silver Oak is known for seriously delayed payments. If you ask us, this is reason enough to think once again before committing yourself to create an account and playing here. We advise you, go pursue your luck someplace else, there are many other casinos with terms and conditions that aren’t this predatory.

Customer Support

Quite often you can learn a lot about an online casino by observing the way their customer support operates and testing all the available modes of communication. Fortunately enough, these guys really know their stuff well, and the way they handle their customers and all their inquiries could definitely be used as a textbook example.

If at any time you stumble upon trouble while playing at an online casino, or you simply have questions that need to be answered, we strongly suggest you first pay a visit to the FAQ section (If there is one, of course).

Silver Oak’s FAQ section is divided into three categories – General, Deposit, and Payout questions, which should cover most of the basic issues you could face, but if it doesn’t cut it, you will have to reach out to the customer support staff.

Those who prefer writing emails can send all general inquiries to [email protected], but if you have a question that has something to do with depositing or making withdrawals, make sure you address your email to [email protected]. The staff claims that they respond to all emails within 48 hours so you won’t be kept waiting for too long.

In case your matter is more of an urgent one, you can always reach out to customer support agents by using their live chat platform that’s available 24/7.

Still, there are those who prefer talking to a real person and hearing her or his voice. If you insist on using the phone, you can call Silver Oak casino by dialing a toll-free (only in the US and Canada) number – 1-888-402-2063. Keep in mind that this type of support isn’t available 24/7.

Licencing

This is outrageous! Some reputable portals claim that Silver Oak casino operates under a license issued by the Government of Costa Rica, but we weren’t able to find any info on any licensing anywhere on the site. This is reason enough to try your luck elsewhere…

In spite of this fact, you can still find CDS certificates in the site’s footer. Not that they will bring any feelings of reassurance, right? Casinos without a visible license are always a sign of trouble, and no matter how tempting their promo offers might be, we suggest you steer clear from such venues and take your cash elsewhere.

Restricted Countries

Countries that are not allowed to register at Silver Oak Casino include:
Afghanistan, Albania, Alderney, Algeria, Angola, Antigua and Barbuda, Armenia, Australia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Belize, Benin, Bhutan, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Brazil, British Indian Ocean Territory, Brunei, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Chad, China, Colombia, Comoros, Congo, Congo Democratic Republic, Costa Rica, Cote d'Ivoire, Croatia, Cuba, Curacao, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Djibouti, Dominica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Faroe Islands, Fiji, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Gibraltar, Greenland, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Haiti, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Isle of Man, Israel, Jamaica, Jordan, Kenya, Kiribati, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Lesotho, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Micronesia, Federated States of, Moldova, Mongolia, Morocco, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nauru, Nepal, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Qatar, Romania, Rwanda, Samoa, Sao Tome and Principe, Senegal, Serbia, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Suriname, Swaziland, Sweden, Syria, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Togo, Turkmenistan, Turks and Caicos Islands, Tuvalu, Uganda, Vanuatu, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe

on 9/20/23, two large winning withdrawals were approved by a manager, all my paperwork was verified and, as of this msg, I am STILL waiting on my winning. I’ve seen a ton of emails and haven’t received a response whatsoever. I will not deposit here again.

    FRAUD! SCAM!
I tried for over 2 months to get my tiny $125 winnings after a massive playthrough and all requirements were met.
My Netcoins account (bitcoin) kicked me out claiming I was apart of some fraudulent attemp scheme. My bank canceled my bank card and had to send me a new one because I attempted to send the minimum required deposit to make my withdrawal. My bank was also concerned about this casino being flagged. After over two months of stringing me along, losing two accounts, sending them everything but my blood type their final move was asking me to send them more money for a “great new promotion”. The “chat feature” people always tell you to email different departments. I sent countless emails like they asked but never heard back from a single person, ever. There is no one at all to call.
RUN! DON’T USE THIS CASINO! RUN!

I played Silver Oak casino won a thousand dollars did a withdrawal Feb 28th. Received three emails asking for more information. Such as the name of my checking account. Is that really necessary? Anyways all paperwork was approved on the 5th by one Karen Dunn. Then supposedly sent to the next approval which was approved the 29th of March. Then after a 1000 if not more chats and emails (unanswered) the money now down to 777$ was sent to the processor on April 16th. It is now May 11th and I received an email stating they putvthe money back into my account on the website because my bank supposedly refused the wire. CHASE did not refuse any money. Nor was there any attempt to wire in. To top it all off they said that i could try again after getting them the right info. ( IM SORRY YOUR PEOPLE APPROVED THE PAPERWORK ON MARCH 5TH. JUST TO add insult to my intelligence ,they did not return 950 as I asked for in the withdrawal,, they took their fees, returned the 777. What am I suppose to do? Do Not play this casino!!!! Anyone that can give me direction would be greatly appreciated.
