Pragmatic Play to Supply Live Casino Offering to Interwetten

News

Interwetten will be one of the first operators to go live with Pragmatic Play’s brand new Live Casino offering

Pragmatic Play will be supplying Live Casino games to Interwetten under a recently penned deal, the online casino provider said in a press release from earlier today.

Hailing from Austria and now based in Malta, Interwetten is a major sports betting and gaming operator that is primarily focused on the German-speaking countries, but has over the years expanded into other markets, as well. The company is one of the pioneers in the online gambling space.

Interwetten has recently agreed to add Pragmatic Play’s Live Casino to its existing offering. The games will be broadcast via “the latest technology” available from a newly developed Live Casino studio. Pragmatic Play’s partnership with Interwetten is one of the first to be unveiled after its brand new Live Casino studio obtained an operational license by Romanian gambling regulators earlier this year.

The newly inked deal will enable Interwetten to go live with Pragmatic Play’s new Live Baccarat, Roulette, and Blackjack games. The casino content supplier has previously said that it has been using cutting-edge technology to provide “the most immersive, mobile-first gaming experience.”

With its new Live Casino offering, Pragmatic Play has tried to recreate “the thrill of the land-based atmosphere with all the advantages of online play.” Its games allow for fast and easy placing of wagers, provide detailed game stats and complete bet history, and feature guiding sound effects and animations, it became known from today’s press release.

Latest of Series of Significant Commercial Agreements

Pragmatic Play said that the Interwetten deal was the latest of a series of significant commercial agreements that would boost its presence and would extend the reach of its products across new markets and wider clientele.

Commenting on their latest strategic partnership, Pragmatic Play Chief Commercial Officer Melissa Summerfield said that they are thrilled to take their offering live “with such a highly-regarded operator as Interwetten” and that the deal is a great milestone in their new Live Casino endeavor.

Interwetten Head of Casino Mario Bilic added in a statement from earlier today that “Pragmatic Play has forged a sterling reputation” in the industry and that they are delighted to be among the first operators to go live with the providers new Live Casino games.

Over the past year, Pragmatic Play has expanded significantly across new markets through partnerships with leading online gambling operators, including PokerStars owner The Stars Group, Kindred Group, and Casumo.
