According to the on-camera host, partypoker’s objectives have gradually changed in the last few years, paying less attention to the television projects, that were the main focus of her job. Kara Scott initiated her partnership with partypoker in 2010 and despite the fact that she leaves, she considers her five-year-relationship with the company an incredible learning experience.

The talented poker player announced her decision for the departure through her blog. In it she explained that she will no longer work as an ambassador for partypoker or for any of their brands.

When Kara Scott was recruited in 2010 she was predominantly occupied with on-camera work and, as she pointed out, over the years she has had the unique chance to develop various projects for partypoker, among which are the Big Game, the Premier League, the World Open, the European Open as well as the World Women’s Open.

The TV presenter wrote in her blog that although leaving PartyPoker, she plans to work as a sideline reporter and that she had already booked a ticket for a fascinating poker festival in Malta that will take place in March.

What she also reveals in her blog, is that she is eager to face the unknown and that she has the willingness and ambition to do this again. The poker player commented that she is thankful for the amazing five years, spent in partypoker and that she won’t forget to greet her colleagues and friends, whenever they meet at the poker events.

At the age of 37, Kara Scott has achieved tremendous success as a poker player, currently boasting $638,574 from live tournament earnings. She has won a Sports Star Challenge and in addition to this the Canadian player has also come second in the Irish Open.
