Greentube Expands Italian Presence with E-Play24 Deal

News

Online gambling provider Greentube, part of Novomatic Interactive, has strengthened its footprint in the Italian online gambling market though a recent deal with locally licensed online gambling operator and platform provider E-Play24.

Under the terms of the agreement, Greentube will be able to roll out its Home of Games portfolio across the Italian company’s iGaming platforms. Greentube’s online casino content offering currently includes slots, table games, video poker, and bingo.

The deal will see E-Play24, which already boasts partnerships with many industry leaders, gain access to some of Greentube’s biggest hits, including titles such as Book of Ra deluxe, Lucky Lady’s Charm deluxe, and Sizzling Hot deluxe, and launch these and many more across its online gaming platform to Italian gambling customers.

Commenting on their latest major commercial deal, Greentube Head of Sales Daniel Lechner said in a press release announcing the partnership that they are delighted to provide their game offering to E-Play24 and its brands and to be strengthening further their presence in Italy’s online gambling market.

Mr. Lechner went on that Italy has become a key market for Greentube over the past year and that it is part of their growth strategy to establish themselves as the leading supplier for the region, “backing up the strong street market and land-based presence of our parent company NOVOMATIC.”

Growth in Quality

Antonio Tressanti, CEO of E-Play24, pointed out that thanks to their recent deal with Greentube, the Vegas section in their E-Play24 Casino platforms will grow “not only in volume, but also in quantity.”

E-Play24 Group Casino Manager Alessandro Grasso added that “being able to offer our customers the world’s most played slot, Book of Ra deluxe, means E-Play24 can be more in-line with current consumer demand.”

The executive added that after months of development they have reached a new important milestone and that they are currently working on many exciting projects that are set to be revealed to the market in the coming months and to extend their existing range of online casino titles.

News about Greentube’s Italian expansion arrived just shortly after the company announced that it had teamed up with Swedish Live Casino supplier Evolution Gaming. Under the terms of their deal, Greentube would roll out a selection of Evolution’s products across its Admiral Casino brand in the United Kingdom and Star Vegas brand in Spain and Italy.

Last month, Greentube also aligned with Rush Street Interactive, the online division of casino operator Rush Street Gaming, to roll out its games with the US iGaming operator in the regulated Colombian online gambling market.

The deal is set to benefit both the provider and the operator as it would cement their positions in the Colombian market and would serve as a springboard for future expansion across other Latin American markets.

Rush Street entered Colombia in May 2018 after obtaining a license from the local regulator – Coljuegos. The company operates the RushBet.co brand in the local iGaming space.
