Betsoft Expands in Spanish Market with Wanabet Deal

Online casino content developer and supplier Betsoft Gaming has penned another important deal that would help it grow its regulated market presence.

Under the terms of that latest commercial deal, Betsoft will supply its full library of online slots to Spain-facing online gambling operator Wanabet.

R. Franco, one of the leaders in the Spanish gambling market, launched the Wanabet casino and sports betting brand in late 2015. Over the past few years, the operation has built a solid customer base in its domestic market. The addition of Betsoft content will further boost Wanabet’s offering that already includes slots and table games by some of the industry’s leading providers.

Under the terms of their agreement, Wanabet will be able to go live with Betsoft’s full range of games, including hit titles Stampede and Tiger’s Claw.

The latest in a series of recent commercial deals will enable Betsoft, a Malta-based and licensed content developer and supplier, to further cement itself in the regulated Spanish gambling market. In July, the company announced a similar deal with another Spanish operator – Casino Gran Madrid.

Of their teaming up with Wanabet, Betsoft Sales Executive Francesca Raniolo said that they are delighted to partner with “one of the most exciting brands in the rapidly growing Spanish market” and that they look forward to a long and successful partnership as they continue to develop “high-level slot content that is suitable for regulated markets.”

A Major Hit

Of the upcoming launch of Betsoft titles, Cecilio Santiago, Head of Brand at Wanabet, said that they are thrilled to be able to offer the provider’s “considerable portfolio of best performing slot games.” Mr. Santiago added that Betsoft is “at the forefront of developing unique and innovative content” and that they are confident its titles will be a major hit with Wanabet’s Spanish customers.

News about Betsoft furthering its Spanish expansion arrived just days after the games provider unveiled plans for strengthening its foothold in the Asian online gambling market with new Asia-themed content.

The company’s Asian expansion strategy involves the roll-out of one Asia-themed slot from its newest range every month for the rest of the year. Betsoft also revealed that the first title of its new Red Dragon collection of games – Bamboo Rush – will be released later this month.

The game invites players on a hunt for a Golden Panda scatter that triggers a free spins feature. Players can win up to 20 free spins. The scatter can also unlock wins of up to 53,000x in a single spin.

Caishen’s Arrival and Dragon & Phoenix are the two other titles in the new Asian-themed range. Betsoft promised that these two, just like Bamboo Rush, will feature revolutionary themes and plenty of fun “to keep every type of player engaged and entertained.” The provider further pointed out that the Red Dragon series were one of the highlights of its 2019 content calendar.
