International Game Technology (IGT), a U.S.-based company, which specializes in the design, production, and distribution of gaming machines and softwarе, has announced that it will provide City of Dreams Manila, a multimillion integrated resort, which is expected to be launched by the end of the year, with its products.
According to the deal, the casino venue will be allowed to use some of IGT’s best system solutions, such as its Advantage systems, the so-called sbX Floor Manager, the Service Window, etc. However, no official information about the value of this major deal has been released yet.
Mark Michalko, director of sales at IGT Asia, pointed out in a special statement that that the management team of City of Dreams Manila has been very careful in its choice of equipment and software. The venue is expected to feature the latest innovations in the gaming industry and the fact that IGT’s products will be made use of is a proof enough of this.
Mr. Michalko also stated that City of Dreams Manila will distinguish itself with “personalized communication” with its players as well as with putting into use IGT’s comprehensive game library. Each of the gaming options will feature versatile bonus technologies and a wide range of themes.
The implementation of the IGT systems will give City of Dreams Manila the opportunity to make use of an extensive variety of top-quality applications and solutions once its opens doors for visitors towards the end of 2014.
The venue will be able to easily tap into numerous useful tools, such as Advantage Monitor, Machine Accounting, Visual Slot Performance, Patron Management, etc. These will additionally highlight the innovative technologies that are to be put to use within the premises of City of Dreams Manila.
Apart from the above-mentioned tools, the casino and resort facility will also use the so-called IGT Tournament Manager. A total of 52 video poker machines manufactured by IGT will be installed in the venue. What is more, EZ Pay Mag Card will make its Asian debut as it, too, will be featured within the premises of City of Dreams Manila.
As already mentioned, the luxurious Manila-based integrated resort will open doors sometime in the fourth quarter of 2014. The property is developed by Melco Crown (Philippines) Resorts Corporation, a subsidiary of Melco Crown Entertainment Limited, and the local Belle Corporation.
