This year’s Barcelona Affiliate Conference is approaching and updates of the event are being spread around social media on a daily basis. The event will be moving to a new location this year. The organizers of the conference – the IGF Affiliate, announced earlier this month that the new location is going to be the Barcelona International Convention Center. The new venue offers more modern facilities and more convenient location. The event will take place between October 23 and October 26.
Ms Shona O’Dоnnell, representative of iGaming, said that ‘we are extremely excited that the show has grown to the extent that we have to move venue.’
She further expressed her gratitude for the full support that the organizers have received from sponsors, affiliates and honored guests. That has brought confidence in the actions of iGaming and they are confident that the new venue will perfectly satisfy the needs of the BAC.
The show will be merged with another major affiliate event – the Financial Partners Expo (FPE). FPE is one of the biggest affiliate events and focuses on gathering together prospect affiliate partners and brokers from the retail industry.
The event is the biggest of its kind in the region and will welcome many affiliate businesses from Europe. The 4-day event expects more than 2,200 delegates.
Meeting the Expectations
The expectations of this year’s conference are very high, as the event set very high standards back in 2013. Participating affiliates reported higher than expected interest, as their booths were full of clients and prospect partners.
The most interesting part of the last year’s event was the presentations by experts in affiliate business, such as Jon Quinton, representing SEOgadget, who talked about the various technical issues of SEO and how to cope with them in a timely manner. The presentations of the leading experts in the business are surely going to be this year’s most anticipated part.
Another highlighted presentation was about ‘natural SEO’ development and the combination of SEO with Public Relations in attempt to keep up with the rapid development of online gaming. The presentation was given by the director of SEO at Bronco Ltd.
A Great Place to Share Ideas
In order to make sure that the guests of the conference are having a great time, the sponsors in charge of the bars will provide free drinks. The event is free for affiliates. Affiliates can further get to know each other at the open bar, where the atmosphere is suited for exchange of experience and ideas.
Affiliates located in the United Kingdom can warm up at a preliminary event, which will be held at the Barcelona Tapas (London) on September 25. The event will open the new year for business affiliates of the BAC. There will be free drinks and food for the guests.
