Double Action Roulette uses one ball and two numbered rings. It is different from Double Ball Roulette, which uses two balls. This lesson covers the traditional two-ring form, with single-zero and double-zero editions. One spin produces an inner-ring result and an outer-ring result. You can wager on one ring or on a combination that needs both results to qualify. Check which betting area your chips belong to. In the traditional schedule, a single-number bet on one ring pays thirty-five to one in profit. A both-red bet needs red on both rings and pays three to one. A specified-number jackpot requires your chosen number on both rings and can pay twelve hundred to one. Confirm the actual pay table. Probability calculations need an explicit model. Assume each ring is uniform and the two results are independent. On a single-zero edition, the probability of both rings showing one number chosen in advance is one over thirty-seven squared: one in thirteen sixty-nine. It is not the probability of any matching pair. At twelve hundred to one in profit, that model gives a house edge of about twelve point two seven percent. The double-zero version differs. Do not infer independence from the shared game name or a larger payout. Read the edition’s rules and set a spending limit.
