Multi-hand video poker plays several final hands from one initial deal. This lesson describes the common draw-poker format; special games may use additional rules. Choose the game, denomination, credits per hand and number of hands before dealing. The total stake multiplies all three amounts. At twenty-five cents per credit, five credits on each of ten hands costs twelve dollars and fifty cents for one round. You make one Hold decision on the initial five cards. In the common format, those held cards are copied to each active hand. Each hand then draws its replacements from its own remaining deck under the game’s rules. Because the initial deal and held cards are shared, do not treat the whole set of final hands as unrelated single-hand rounds. A strong or weak initial deal can affect all the hands together. If you keep all five cards, the same completed hand can be paid on every active hand. That does not remove the cost of wagering on every hand. More hands do not improve the underlying pay table’s return percentage by themselves. They increase money wagered in a round. Check that the strategy matches the exact game, read any bonus-feature charges, and select a total stake that fits your limit.
