Full-Pay Deuces Wild is a particular pay table, not a promise attached to every game called Deuces Wild. Twos are wild, and a simple pair does not normally pay. The recognised full-pay schedule returns five credits per credit for four of a kind, three for a full house, two for a flush and two for a straight. Five of a kind returns fifteen, straight flush nine, wild royal twenty-five and four deuces two hundred. The qualifying natural royal returns eight hundred per credit. Check every row. That complete table returns about one hundred point seven six percent with optimal play. A published simplified strategy returns about one hundred point seven one percent. Neither figure guarantees a profitable session, and mistakes or a weaker table can remove the theoretical edge. Strategy depends on how many deuces are dealt. It also differs from ordinary Jacks or Better. Consider jack of spades, jack of hearts, seven of clubs, seven of diamonds and nine of spades. There are no deuces. For this full-pay example, keeping one pair has a higher expected return than keeping both pairs: about zero point five six one credits returned per credit staked, compared with zero point five one one. These are conditional values for this decision, not the game’s overall return percentage. Use the matched chart and its exceptions, check the Held markers, and keep the stake within your limit.
