Smallwood said that for the time being, representatives are reviewing the opportunities for applying for a license after converting the domains from dot.com to dot.it.

As a matter of fact, the company that manages the Planetwin365.com domain did not stop operating the domain even when they could not reach an agreement with the Italian gaming regulator known as AAMS.
As for SKS365 Group, its managers had claims towards the Italian authorities and said that they have repeatedly discriminated them. Both sides were involved in legal disagreements, too.
Last week, Italian authorities gave their permission to the operator to turn the 1,001 CTD data transmission centers into land- based betting premises. Needless to say, all of these establishments were given a license.
Smallwood said that such a move will be really beneficial not only to the company and its further development but also to the Italian gambling market.
