Poker tournaments are taking place on a daily basis all around the world. Traditionally, they attract thousands of players, as well as fans that would like to experience the thrill of the game. And here are the tournaments that are set to begin in the period between March 16-23.
European Poker Tour Season 11/Italian Poker Tour Malta
Malta will play host to an EPT tournament for the first time. It is organized in partnership with the Italian Poker Tour. The tournament is scheduled to take place between March 17-28 and will be held at the Portomaso Casino. The tournament will feature several No-Limit Hold’em, Pot-Limit Omaha, as well as other events. The IPT Main Event is set for March 18-23. Players will have to pay €1,100, in order to be able to enter it. As for the €5,300 EPT Main Event, it is scheduled for March 22-28.
2015 Deepstack Extravaganza II
This rather longish tournament is set to kick off on March 18 and will continue up to April 19. It will be held at the Las Vegas-based hotel and casino venue The Venetian. Players will be given the opportunity to enter a wide variety of events with buy-in fees starting from $200.
The $1,600 Main Event is scheduled for April 9 and the entire prize pool amounts to $500,000.
2015 Heartland Poker Tour – Ameristar Vicksburg
Heartland Poker Tour’s next stop will be at the Ameristar Casino Hotel Vicksburg, Mississippi. It will be held between March 19-30 and will feature a series of No-Limit Hold’em and Pot-Limit Omaha events. The buy-in fees vary from $60 for the No-Limit Hold’em daily tournaments to $1,650 for the Main Event. The latter is scheduled to kick off on Saturday, March 28. The final is set for Monday, March 30, and will be televised.
2015 Card Player Poker Tour III – Atlantis Casino Resort Spa
The luxurious Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, Nevada, will host the CPPT III tournament between March 19-29. Players will be able to take part in the numerous No-Limit Hold’em and Pot-Limit Omaha events as well as a series of mega, super, and turbo satellites. The buy-in fees start from $50 for the mega satellites to $1,080 for a No-Limit Hold’em with a guaranteed prize pool of $150,000.
2015 $100K Series Spring
The tournament will be held at the Hawaiian Gardens Casino in California. It starts on March 23 with a 5-flight No-Limit Hold’em event with a guaranteed prize pool of $100,000. The tournament will close on March 27 with yet another No-Limit Hold’em event with a prize pool totaling $30,000. Players will have to pay $115, in order to enter the events.
