Quickspin, a Sweden-based developer of slots for the international gambling market, announced that it had signed a partnership deal with software provider Relax Gaming Ltd.
Under their agreement, Quickspin will be given the opportunity to offer its customers a new casino platform. Operators will be able to access the company’s games and platform by means of a Remote Gaming Server.
Relax Gaming, on the other hand, expects that it will strengthen its positions on the online casino sector, as an increase in distribution and further development of its platform are expected.
Daniel Lindberg, Chief Executive Officer of Quickspin, commented on the deal as a landmark one. He also pointed out that it is yet another phase in his company’s expansion.
The deal with Relax Gaming was considered a necessary one, as more and more of Quickspin’s customers shared that they would like to be able to access the developer’s products more easily and frequently. And the new platform will give the company the opportunity to provide gambling operators with “multichannel releases of games” and with a high-quality gaming platform.
In other words, as Mr. Lindberg said himself, due to the partnership with Relax Gaming, Quickspin’s customers will be given access to tools that will help them attract more players and thus, increase their profits.
Quickspin’s CEO also shared that he and his colleagues were impressed by Relax Gaming’s team and the flexibility of their product.
At present, Relax Gaming’s platform has licenses from Malta, the United Kingdom, and Alderney. Other countries are also expected to be added to this list.
Under the new agreement, the platform in question will be developed and supported by Relax Gaming. The company will also provide certain other gaming services that are yet to be announced.
Patrik Österåker, Chief Executive Officer of Relax Gaming, commented that his company sees the partnership as an excellent opportunity for the further development of the casino platform. Mr. Österåker also stated that the two companies have matching goals, and their collaboration will help them achieve those.
Apart from its expansion in the casino sector, Relax Gaming is to introduce a bingo product as well as a poker platform.
Quickspin announced that it will do its best to integrate its selection of games and to introduce their new platform to gambling operators as soon as possible. The first set of products is expected to be launched as soon as the second quarter of 2015.
