Sky Betting and Gaming, the company that provides Yorkshire residents with career opportunities, has recently announced that it is about to hire 90 people who will work at company’s headquarters, based in Leeds.
Sky Bet holds approximately 7% of the online gambling market. December 2014 was a critical one for the company’s affairs since a deal, worthy of £800 million was signed between CVC Capital Partners and Sky Bet officials.
The upcoming recruitment is not surprising, though. The company was acquired by CVC Capital Partners at the end of 2014 and the new owners are willing to expand their business and invest in new projects.
Actually, the popularity of Sky Bet grew within the last year, which led to the need of hiring skillful employees to handle the workload within several departments.
Sky Bet will need employees for the product development, technologies, marketing, etc. All applicants who believe they meet company’s criteria are welcome to submit the necessary paperwork. All new employees will work in the offices, based at Wellington Place.
Company’s managing director, Richard Flint, announced that Sky Betting and Gaming will continue expanding its business by hiring new employees and investing in Yorkshire-based projects.
Flint also said that company’s efforts towards making Sky Betting and Gaming a thriving, independent company paid off and now, it is time for the it to get back money it invested during the previous year by expanding the business and providing the Yorkshire employees with everything necessary for keeping them productive.
Flint went on to say that all 90 people who are to be hired for the offices in Leeds will be selected depending on their potential and willingness to develop their skills and enrich their knowledge. Needless to say, previous experience is preferred but it will not determine officials’ final choice of the right applicants.
