News

It has just been announced that JCM Global, a Japan-headquartered developer of various solutions for currency and transaction management, and its partner – printing group FutureLogic – have inked a deal with UK-based gaming operator Luxury Leisure.

Under the new agreement, JCM Global will be able to install its Ticket2Go™ ticketing solution on machines within the premises of gaming venues owned by Luxury Leisure.

As mentioned above, Luxury Leisure is a UK-based operator of gaming centers and is part of the NOVOMATIC Group of Companies.

The installation of the Ticket2Go system is the first product of the company that is to be introduced on the UK gaming market after the new UK TITO (also known as Ticket-In/Ticket-Out) protocol standards were implemented.

The Ticket2Go solution will make it possible for Luxury Leisure to take advantage of all the benefits that the new TITO standards offer. In addition, the operator will be able to further develop its operations and thus, provide players with better gaming experience.

TITO has been recognized as one of the best cashless payment methods within the gaming industry for quite some time. The launch of the new TITO protocols, intended specifically for the type of machines which are used by Luxury Leisure at present, makes it possible for this as well as many other gaming companies around the world to include TITO into their operations.

Rob Wheeler, the current director for product management at FutureLogic, shared with local media that they had the chance to work closely with Luxury Leisure throughout the installation of the Ticket2Go system. Mr. Wheeler also said that their product absolutely meets the expectations of the gaming operator and the constantly increasing demands of its customers, as well.

The executive explained that with the Ticket2Go solution, UK-based gaming companies, Luxury Leisure being one of them, can successfully implement TITO protocols within the premises of their venues and thus, considerably improve players’ gaming experience. This, in turn, will certainly lead to an increase in the number of satisfied customers and will help operators optimize their operations and reduce their operating costs.

Generally speaking, Ticket2Go is a retrofit ticketing product that can be added to both AWP and gaming devices, which do not support the standard ticketing protocols or the newly introduced GBG UK TITO standards. The system is multi-lingual and features various currencies for customers’ convenience.
