A deal between the popular e-commerce business Skrill and RaceBets.com was inked. According to it, the so called 1-Tap payment solution will be launched and the release date coincides with the start of the Cheltenham Festival, which kicks off today and ends on Friday.
The new agreement enables all customers of RaceBets to use Skrill 1-Tap as a convenient and secure payment method. Those users who would like to place their bets via their computer or mobile device can do that by tapping a certain button only once.
Then, they will be redirected to their digital wallet where they can easily deposit the desired sum. The time needed for making deposits is kept to the minimum as there is no need personal details to be entered every time a user attempts to complete a transaction.
Once users enter their personal and credit card details, they are automatically saved for customer’s convenience. The new amenity is intended to provide customers of RaceBets with ultimate mobile betting experience and needless to say, to increase the sums they are likely to bet.
Actually, RaceBets is not the first company that has adopted the payment solution in question. Popular operators such as Bet365 and Betfred have already opted for Skrill 1-Tap.
Statistics show that back in 2014, RaceBets offered 266,534 races and allowed UK-based customers stream live events.
