The Las Vegas Economic Impact Regional Center released new renderings of its $373-million project for the construction of Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino, located in the northern part of the Las Vegas Strip.

The boutique hotel is to feature 206 luxury rooms for visitors. As for the casino, it will spread over a 19,000-square-foot floor. Nevada-based PENTA Building Group is in charge of the construction of the property, the design for which was created by Las Vegas architecture firm EV&A Architects. Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino is expected to open doors sometime in 2016.

Owners announced that the foundation laying for the Asian-themed casino resort is progressing swiftly. The Las Vegas Economic Impact Regional Center promised that once completed, Lucky Dragon Hotel & Casino will offer to visitors authentic Asian experience, both gaming and cultural.

The whole property is to spread over a 2.51-acre site on the Las Vegas Strip. As mentioned above, the ten-story hotel tower will feature as many as 206 rooms. Its check-in desk is to offer a view of the pool area and a private bar. The casino and dining complex will be located in a separate building.

The dining options that the property is to offer include a number of restaurants, tea cafés, noodle bars, etc. The so-called Night Market Buffet is the most recent addition to the list of facilities.

As for the casino, apart from various gambling options, such as baccarat, fan tan, pai gow, and other types of table games, it will also feature a Center Bar.

Although owners do not plan to add a theater, guests will be offered other live entertainment options. In addition, they will be given the opportunity to try authentic Asian tea and other herbal remedies. Retail options will also be included in the offering of the hotel and casino complex. Asian jewelry and artifacts as well as “cutting-edge fashion” will be only a small portion of what customers will be able to find at Lucky Dragon’s stores.

The Las Vegas Economic Impact Regional Center also pointed out that despite the fact that the complex will be an Asian-themed one, both staff and hosts are to be multilingual. Although Chinese is expected to be the main language spoken at the property, signage is to be written in both English and Chinese. According to the latest information released by the owners, the casino resort is on schedule to be officially launched in 2016.
