The next two days of the Northwest Indian Gaming Conference & Expo will feature a number of panels that will be attended by industry experts, representatives for gaming companies, casino officials, etc. Those breakout sessions are aimed at informing attendees about the latest trends in all aspects of the Indian casino industry in the region and the rest of the country.
The main topics that will be discussed on June 23, or Day 2 of the conference, involve casino regulations and the newest compacts that are to be signed between tribes and the state of Washington, challenges that casinos face when looking for the right employees and how to provide them with a better work environment, the addition of healthy amenities at smaller casino properties, etc.
Industry experts and executives will also discuss food and beverage audit and how this could help casinos improve their profits.
The trade show is set to open on June 23 at 3:00 pm local time.
Day 3 of the conference and expo will start with the National Indian Gaming Commission providing the latest updates on the gaming industry. The way technology could improve customer experience will also be among the most important topics that are to be discussed throughout the day.
In addition, casino executives will be given the opportunity to comment on the player development programs at their venues and on how to improve those.
Casino Design for the Next Generation and Internet Gaming Updates are two particularly interesting topics that are to be discussed during the last day of the conference. At the first panel, industry representatives will look at the latest data about what Millenniums would like to be offered in casinos and how those should look in order to attract younger visitors.
At the latter panel, John Ellis, Chairman of the Washington State Gambling Commission, will discuss the latest issues in online gambling.
