Scarlet Pearl Casino Signs System Solutions Contract with Aristocrat Technologies

Gaming supplier Aristocrat Technologies Inc., subsidiary of Aristocrat Leisure Ltd., announced earlier today that it had won a contract to deploy its casino solutions at Scarlet Pearl Casino Resort in D’Iberville, South Mississippi, a $350-million gambling venue, which is set to open doors by the end of 2015.

The gaming company will provide the venue with its Oasis 360 solution, which includes Professional Services, Oasis ONE LINK, full Casino Management system, Table Management System, etc. The contract is yet to be approved by the state gaming regulator.

Denise Barton, Chief Executive Officer of Scarlet Pearl Casino, commented that they have designed the entire resort with “a player’s comfort in mind.” Ms. Barton also pointed out that the choice of Aristocrat’s solutions was the right one, as those would certainly enhance their players’ experience.

Kelly Shaw, Vice President of Systems and Game Sales at Aristocrat, said that they are proud to welcome Scarlet Pearl Casino as the latest entity that is to have the Oasis 360 suite of solutions deployed at its premises.

Ms. Shaw further commented that their solutions would enhance customers service and would create “a total brand connectivity” between Scarlet Pearl Casino and players. Thus, the gambling venue would be able to provide them with the best possible experience on a daily basis.

Last week, Scarlet Pearl Casino hosted its topping out ceremony to mark the putting of the last construction element at the top of the gambling property. The casino is to feature 1,350 slot machines and 40 table games. Aside from the 167,000-square-foot gaming facility, the complex would include a 4-star hotel and an events center. Guests and visitors will also be offered different food and beverage as well as entertainment options.

A $2.5-million, 36-hole golf course with an erupting volcano as its centerpiece will be among the most highly anticipated amenities the resort is to feature. COST, a theme construction company, was in charge of this particular project.

The construction of the property was estimated to cost to its developers the amount of $350 million. During the topping out ceremony, Bob Kelly, Senior Vice President of Roy Anderson Construction, the company that was hired to build the resort, commented that it would most definitely be completed and launched by the end of the year. Scarlet Pearl Casino will be the first gambling venue on the territory of D’Iberville.
