The Ohio Casino Control Commission said on Tuesday that the state’s four casinos generated revenue of $63.5 million in June, down 0.2% compared to the $63.6 million posted for the same month in 2014. June revenue at Ohio’s seven racinos increased 38% year-on-year to $67.4 million.

As mentioned above, there are four operating casinos on the territory of the state. Hollywood Casino Toledo was Ohio’s top performer in June. It generated revenue of $16.6 million, up 7.6% year-on-year. The casino operated a total of 80 table games last month. Revenue from those amounted to $2.9 million. Hollywood Casino Toledo also featured 2,045 slot machines, which generated $13.7 million in June.

Revenue at Hollywood Casino Columbus totaled $16.4 million last month. It increased 3.3% as compared to what was reported this time last year. The casino featured 114 table games and revenue of $4.7 million was generated from those. In addition, the property also offered 2,234 slot machines. Revenue from those amounted to $11.7 million.

Horseshoe Casino Cincinnati posted overall gaming revenue of $16.1 million. It rose 5.4% year-on-year, compared to the $15.3 million reported in June 2014. The property ran 122 table games and 1,951 slot machines in June. The first gaming options generated revenue of $5.3 million, while the latter generated $10.8 million.

Horseshoe Casino Cleveland was the only Ohio-located casino to post a drop in its revenue. It decreased 15.5% year-on-year to $14.4 million. In comparison, the amount of $17 million was posted for the same month a year ago. Horseshoe Casino Cleveland offered a total of 121 table games at its premises. Last month, those generated revenue of $4.3 million. All 1,653 slot machines at the casino contributed $10.1 million to its overall June revenue.

In general, there were a total of 437 table games offered at the state’s four casinos last month. Those generated $17.2 million. Last June, 432 table games were featured and revenue of $20.6 million was reported. As for the slot machines, there were 7,883 of them at the four gambling venues. Revenue from them totaled $46.3 million. This time last year, there were 7,857 slot machines, which generated $43 million.

The state’s casinos posted revenue of $409.2 million for the first half of this calendar year. In comparison, the amount of $409.9 million was generated in the same period a year ago.
