The Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority, which operates Pennsylvania-based casino Mohegan Sun Pocono, Connecticut-based one Mohegan Sun, and New Jersey’s Resorts Casino Hotel, announced the soft launch of the MoheganSunCasino.com online casino brand.
The platform will be available only to New Jersey residents and will be provided under the online casino license of Resorts Casino Hotel. The site has entered a testing period until it is given the green light by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement for an official launch. The regulatory body is currently reviewing the product.
During the testing period, the Division of Gaming Enforcement would consider a number of services, with player verification, geo-restriction, and payment processing being among those.
Bobby Soper, President of the Mohegan Tribal Gaming Authority, said that they are extremely excited with the opportunity to launch their product. The official said that their main goal is to turn MoheganSunCasino.com into a “premier online destination” for both serious and recreational players.
MoheganSunCasino.com will offer a wide selection of some of the most popular casino slots, table games, and video poker.
