
Pollak is one of France’s most profitable poker players of all time. At present he is12th in the country’s all-time money list with live tournament earnings of $2,443,810.
This year, the poker pro cashed in 7 different events, collecting more than $500,000. In January, he finished 11th in the PCA $10,300 No-Limit Hold’em Main Event for a payout of $91,420. In February, he took 4th place in the EPT Season 11 Deauville €5,300 No-Limit Hold’em Main Event to collect €187,550 ($211,521).
The player also appeared at the tables of the first-ever EPT Malta poker festival, where he finished 2nd in a No-Limit Hold’em Six Max Turbo event and added €69,200 ($75,240) to his poker bankroll. A few weeks ago, the Frenchman topped the field of the EPT Season 12 €5,200 No-Limit Hold’em Turbo Six Max to capture the biggest share of the prize pool. His payout amounted to €118,460 ($132,451).
Pollak’s first cash from a live tournament came in 2007. Back then, the player received €12,130 ($17,878) for emerging victorious in the Euro Finals of Poker €500 No-Limit Hold’em Bronze Championship. Since then, he has competed in a great number of prestigious events, won some of them, or at least appeared at their final tables.
Pollak’s best live tournament cash amounts to $289,947 and he received it last year for taking 5th place in the EPT Season 11 Barcelona €10,300 No-Limit Hold’em High Roller Eight Max. Other major achievements throughout his poker career were his 27th place in the 2013 WSOP $10,000 Main Event for a payout of $285,408 and his runner-up finish in the partypoker WPT Barcelona €3,500 No-Limit Hold’em Main Event for €126,000 ($161,485).
The player also topped the field of a Trophees Haussmann €3,000 No-Limit Hold’em event for €100,800 ($120,586) in 2010. He also finished 4th in the 2011 WPT Prague €3,500 No-Limit Hold’em Main Event to collect the amount of €104,000 ($138,602). And the list of his poker achievements goes on and on.
